    I might need some help here. It's been almost 3 weeks since I requested my first withdrawal @ Casinoval. The status is still "under review". I emailed the support and they said everything is still right on schedule but 3 weeks and still "under review" isn't too much?

    Did someone ever withdraw there and did it take so long or it is just me?  sad

    And I would really appreciate some help as well.

  • at all i  have received all payouts from there..but once was the same- they got some " errors"  and withdrawal was canceled...i think they do it because when u request it again u must wait the same time again (u can reverse and lose smiley)..it was a big joke..thats why over 2 weeks i were waiting for my cashout..

    I know their platform is same as Cleos, they do the same facebook campaigns, and the tactics of slow pay are the same.  I wonder if they are related.

    When I got the corfirmation email, my money WAS in my Netellerac.

    Im still waiting for 2 withdraws...the could have send the 3 in one go, but no, I have to wait 10 days for each of them, silly.

    I dont understand this casino, because they loose players because of this stalling tactic. Thats the way to ruin a business which could have been good.

    I love the games, but hate to wait 10-14 days for my Money. And another thing is problems with the casinoserver, it disconnect so many times and the cashier page tages ages to load. Just a shame there is not more casinos with Amusi games.

    What I hate about this casino also I never feel like the support team are so slow and lazy and they never seem to wanna help. I really cant wait until I get the money (in case I really get it) smiley
