I'd like to take the time to explain my complaint I have with CBM sports.
In august I registrated on CBM Sports and played with my first deposit and the welcome bonus that was matched. Everything was going good, I was being lucky on the slots, I managed to wager the complete bonus and end up with a nice balance of around 3600 euros.
The customer support team of CBM sports was fast to respond to my questions through the message center.
Though, the problems started to arise when in October I wanted to transfer my balance out of the casino and into my e-wallet. I received the following e-mail from administration:
Kindly note that as per our T&Cs, the maximum bet, when a bonus is pending or actively being turned-over, is Eur 7.50 per bet (or the equivalent in any other currency).
Kindly be informed that due to this breach, we have withdrawn your winnings from your account.

I know for a fact that at the time of my registration and making the deposit and playing with my cash and bonus balance the rule being mentioned was not on the website yet!
