        hi. on oct. 1 cleos deposit processor was having several problems. everyone has been complaining on facebook and everywhere else.  well for me, every other deposit declined.  I use a prepaid visa, which means i load cash on to it.  Well their declined deposits actually pended.  I contacted them on oct. 1 and they gave me a 20 dollar freebie and stated i had to wait three to five business days and then the pending charges would be dropped for sure.  Well on Oct. 6 they posted.  I sent them an email showing them my statement of pending charges and posted charges all through their processor allcdmedia.com.  They told me they would get back to me on october 7, and i got an email oct. 10 or 11th.    No one contacted me on october 7th like they said they would.  They had the nerve to say the charges declined.  I dont even think they looked at my statements. they looked at their transaction sheet and that was it.  Then they said i never sent statements, which of course i did.  Now they are telling me they will contact me tomorow, oct. 14.  It has been two weeks and they owe me 80 dollars. Because of this mistake, I dont have access to my real cash.  They also said it was my bank error.  I told them that is impossible because it shouldn't have pended if it declined, and that it was their processor error.  Other people are saying that the withdrawal from credit card happens, but their cleos account is not being credited immediately, and some are waiting more than three days for their credit to post.  I just want my refund back to my prepaid visa.  Can someone help me?

        I remember someone warning about cleos. I couldn't get them downloaded maybe a good thing. Hope you get your payment

        Unfortunately I do not believe there are any reps anywhere.  You are just going to keep having to deal with the customer service, or maybe go post on the facebook.

        Too bad you didn't see the issues before you deposited, or if you did see the issues before you deposited too bad you continued on with deposit.

        get this. today they sent me proof that  i was given credit for extra charges.  The proof they gave were for four debits i did with my master card. they are saying credit.  how are you giving me credit for something i purchased on a different credit card.  they wont listen. its like they are idiots.  You cant use mastercard transactions as proof of credit. i am doing their investigation for them.

        Thank-you very much for posting about this horrible nightmare you're going through!    I know my Thank-you is of  no help or consolation to you, but, at least you're saving countless others from the same or worst situation.  I know BFD, I just want my money back!  Just know there are some that appreciate your post.

        I really hope you get your money back.  Its just a shame that U.S. players have no avenue of redress against these crooks!  I keep crossing my fingers that in the near future we'll have online regulated gaming!

        Just a thought, can your credit card company help out.  I'd bet if one or all of the company's that players use to deposit at this crap casino, refused to process player deposits anymore, some of those morons would wake-up.  Just a thought!

        I just recieved my check for $1100 last week, without problems.  I love this Casino.  I sure hope any issues are solved for you all Soon!!!!  Wishing you all Good Luck with all Casinos

        Sorry to hear the problems you are having p0kahantis i hope it gets straightened out. Please PM your user name and and transaction details including amount and date and i will contact them to see if this can get settled.

        I personally have not had any problems with Cleo's VIP Room other than getting kicked off a Slot and losing connection which i am connected back to the Slot almost instantly in most instances.

        I love their games and 101 Lions is my fav!

        Did you use/play any type of bonus?

        You said you received a check from the casino, how long did it take to receive it and what type of deposit method did you use?

        i finally got my money returned yesterday the 19.  it took 19 days to fix problem. but they did fix it.  ty cleos.  next time i would have my money returned to me as quickly as i deposited it.

        They take quite a while to pay 2 weeks plus.  Recently people were waiting almost 2 months.

        Also as you can see it took them forever to fix pokahontis issue.  I would have been really upset if my money was tied up that long.  19 days to fix a problem what a joke!
