        i have made many many deposits here and i have cashed out beofre slow but with in the 2 week period this time i cashed out on 3/22 and still havent receoved the tracking number on my cashout it was frist processed yesterday and nothing yet i do feel i deposited a ton here and i should be treated alot better then this i also am going by the rules which they say 10000x a day 5-12days well wheres my money and will i ever see my money

        I have seen where Cleos have slow pay sometimes but i haven't seen where a player was not paid. GL

        Hi

        Both me and my wife both had a cash out last month and it took over 15 business day for both of us to get our funds. Cleos has started that crap of jerking you around in hopes that you will cash in your winnings and then loose them.

        I haven't been able to deposit here for over a year!  They give me an error on every single card I try. Probably for the better because everything I read is a complaint about slow payouts.

        I finally figured out that if you want a quicker answer to a question you have with Cleo's you get one if you private message them via Facebook vs. emailing them or dealing with Live Chat.  Though I did recently find out that if your winnings/withdrawals are over $600 in one year they require a W-9 form and report those winnings to the IRS (US Players)  I was very disappointed in hearing this since it is one of my favorite casinos.

        Cleos can I just ask you what makes you think that it's ok to simply apologize once a Player complains instead of just doing the right thing in the first place which is pay them in a timely fashion as stated that you will do on your website?
