    by this online casino, they have a promo you make a purchase you get vspree points to use for products i am a big player and have made thousands in deposits here i could have bought the items instead but no i continued to deposited i have orded many items most not in stock and if i do get it its usually fair at best this time i order a 14k gold rolex watch well fool me its a phoney not 14k gold not new not even rolex hahaha i am a loser again here  dont  fall for there bull  and there responce is sorry

  • I know. a lot of their products are over priced and look cheap when you receive them in the mail.  I have had the same problems as you have.  So what do they do about it. Do they contact their "warehouse" or just tell you to return it.  During xmas they sent out those cleos cups.  The screw wasn't in all the way and when I took off the cap the stainless steel part cut my finger really bad.  I sent them pictures of my hand.  Come to find out, the screw that they had tried to put at the bottom of the cup didn't even match in size. screw was to big.  they gave me 20 dollar chip and a worthless i'm sorry.

  • i am sending it back tomorrow i had to go to another watch store as well as jewerly store and was told by both the item a rolex 14k gold watch was usless not 14k gold and not rolex what a joke i played for thousands to get enough points and i got beat i want a new REAL ROLEX 14KGOLD watch with all the papers to prove it asap

  • oh leedigi don't feel bad I bought  items was told it was tanzanite I called to verify they  said nothing but the best for our players and yes it was tanzanite  I have a receipt that also says that and I bought three items .  was working out of town when they  arrived so it was a couple months before I saw them.  I don't understand how they can give a receipt saying it is what they say and its not.    and I believe mine were like 14000 points each

  • oh poka  I got the same stupid cup couldn't believe it because not exactly sure when but they had sent me a real coffee cup and it was stainless like a starbucks one  after I got that one same thing as u the screw at the bottom I tossed it in the trash. oops sorry just saw wrong place to post

  • This place is a JOKE and should be listed as 'rogue' IMHO with all of the complaints about payouts taking too long and fraudulent merchandise I really hope nobody here is continuing to deposit with them.  I wonder if they know that selling 'knock-off' merchandise is a FELONY?!

  • hi I would like to speak with a cleos rep .    they have a new paste and pay option and I talked to live chat because when I open the casino the new option does not come up only the credit card option so she told me to reinstall the software so I did  and the paste and pay option did not come up  ....here is where it gets interesting .....my mom logged onto her account ......she has never deposited there before...she was considering it because I had such good luck last year I cashed out around 6000.00 dollars...  when she logs onto her account on my computer  the paste and pay option comes up ......same computer same software.....so she logs out and I log into mine  the option does not come up ......I have had the idea they were not letting me deposit because I had won quite a bit    ...now I am almost 100 percent positive that is what is going on......I was always able to deposit then it got a little harder then not at all no matter what card I used.......  if there is a rep that could please respond to my situation  I would like to understand ......

    You think your going to get a real rolex for a few thousand in deposits.  A rolex is worth 10k and up.

    I noticed after i make a deposit and make my playthrough all of the sudden the game stops paying out!!  I complained over and over to live chat with the same sorry excuse " Nothing is wrong on our server"  Sorry we will check into it later today...

    Ok been going on all year so I finally let them know how i really felt.  I requested my money i deposited to be refunded and asked for the name and address of the person to file a legal complaint...

    They refused to give me the info. I asked for the name of the person or agency that oversees that the site is fair and not cheating the players... they refused me that info..  Why??  Other casino have it available...

    well i just tried to claim the free chip and guess what?  my account is blocked...imagine that and they kept all my VS points as well.  Well they figured if they refunded 2 months of my deposits then I should be happy.  HELL NO I am not happy!!! and close my account... problem solved!! 

    Refund all the deposits i made since i been complaining that something is wrong...not just 2 months,  Fix the problem...  they replied no problem with our games,server or business......LoL sure no problem at all... We will see if I am wrong...but don't think so. 

    How would I go about finally a legal complaint against them for fraud?  illegal gambling profitting money from USA players...and defective...fake and unsafe merchandise being sent to people as well.

    I am taking a stand, Speaking out and refusing to get cheated anymore....  anyone care to stop these scammers ?  Show me proof that the games are not being tampered with to favor the house 99% of the time. Show us any  kind of paper work that they have been inspected and passed as being fair.

      i am not the luckest player but I am not Stupid either... it's obvious something is wrong!!! 
    I won or 9,000.00 at river belle casino online on a free $15 chip never deposited at all... I got paid every cent...no hassel at all....  Wish Cleo's could be the same not even close unfortunately.  : (

      Are sweepstakes games not checked for tampering??  Can they  get away with stealing players money  and not be stopped or held accountable for wrong doing please check into this for me.... i can't win nothing  at Cleos vip room period!!

    I'm sorry for rambling on but I'm disappointed
    and angry that i continued to give them the benefit
    of the doubt for so long  : (

  • Well I guess I am special...  surprise  I did get $130.00 returned to me at least but it costed me my account plus wont be able to purchase anymore wonderful items to be disappointed or injured with either Bummer!!  LoL

    It's not my computer messing up...it's not just me having bad luck either or my service provider is the problem.... It's YOUR Site!!!.  They constantly blame the problem is on my end....  Hmmm... guess they finally figured out i was on to them so they shut me out.

    If I am wrong I will gladly apologize but until then I will continue to inform others of my issues and concerns with Cleos vip room and employees.  >:(

  • First off I wouldn't play Cleos because they are no pay/slow pay.

    Your complaint is nothing but you being a sore loser.  You need to STOP GAMBLING immediately if this is how your going to handle it.
