        Ive posted in the complaint,s and your excellent staff directed me to the on site rep. I won 800 usd in February ,it is now mid April. LUDICROUS. The rep did contact me once saying she will take it to escalation manager. They have broken even their own guidelines after thy e told me it was eventually approved already on the ist of  this month. so  SHOW ME THE MONEY please. it is worth well over a grand in aussie dollars. Its not the reps fault of course , but I have to say your staff have been in b\[constant  touch and extremely helpful, Wish I had found here first. Well done guys, fantastic site.

        I finally recieved the payment send and then waited the 8 days till neteller processed it.
        THIS win is from feb and its now may. . I  have no energy to fight chat staff for the fact that my bonus had already been remov;)ed when I first claimed winnings.
        When I saw that I was missing around 200 aussie dollars, I went back to my account and saw that the promised pending amount had been changed after all this time, and that the manager had rejected the amount of the bonus, so they took it again  for the second time out of my winnings. Chat staff refuse to listen, always saying  is there anything else I can help you with? YOURE KIDDING MATE, YOUVE NEVER HELPED ME WITH MY FIRST QURY EACH TIME. Glad I have found this site now. Great work guys!
