      Yous all or at least a few of yous must think am a mad bad sore loser that loves to rant, but honestly I am not, this week has been a total disaster for me at 3 BIG NAMED SITES and am going to tell yous all about it, firstly I would like to make crystal clear here that I stephen mclachlan am about to to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth , so help me god. Also you main guys here am looking for yous to help and back me up,,, fight my corner so to speak, I have screen shot to prove 1 incident,  so here goes...................................

                    NO. 1    NETBET.....

        If you deposit at netbet you even just once a week they threw you a free gift mines is usally £5 to be playe threw 40 times.  Well on the last few occassions I have lost them,, but the thing that is happening is the now free gift which has a fund of £0.00 in it, has stuck in my account, so I press cancel bonus,, but no the system informs me that it will not cancel bonus because I have a game open.. and at that time I do not have a game open, infact a have not even opened any during the session that am about to start, First time a went to all my recently played games and opened them but no it was none of them, Went to live chat and explained the situation and the customer service guys cleared it, but it happened again, service guys cleared it,, but they are not intrested it seems in finding WHAT SLOT HAS NOT FINISHED PLAYING (we come back to that open slot in a minute)  during the week again this happens, I go to customer service, and he is very rude arrogant and to be honest if we was face to face a would a gave him a boot right in the balls , He tells me that a have only £2 or 3 pound and the rest is bonus money, What happens is the stuck bonus of £0.00 automatical claims money from my new deposit, even though the bonus is done over finished with hours ago days ago, I try to explain but his attitude was a total disgrace , and his only answer was do you want your £2 back and would not listen to me , by the way a had just made a new deposit of £10,,,, so being left with NO CHOICE BUT TO PLAY, i do and am on a role up about £70, thought a will withdraw,,,, but a cant as the bonus is stuck and 40 times my own deposit for nothing,, i lost ,,, so I feel cheated and totaly conned there why,,  because I was. Since then i have emailed netbet whom for some reason wont to play stupid,, they tell me this is what happens if bonus is there although they know I cant clear it because of the open game and they have no intentions of looking for it or helping me .... That open game ,,, LCB please look back my posts because theres only 1 game ever at netbet a rember not finishing and it was cosmic fortune in the jackpot round, of which a had 4 bonus only waiting on 1 ball,, it crashed, and netbet told me it played out ok,, and I am sure i wrote about it on here, and every one said no netbet are a trustworthy site,   Be intresting to see if it was cosmic fortunes a might have won the mega 

      NO 2     VERA AND JOHN

           Vera and John have not committed the biggest crime in the world , but by heck they pissed me off, I recive a text and  I quote word for word "  Hey there Stephen do not forget that you can still get a bonus of up to £20 when you deposit £10  or more .......... IS THAT RIGHT VERA AND JOHN WELL WHERE IS IT,,,, and there was no live customer support although on your webpage it says that you should still be there,,, Just to say the deposit of £10 made on the site was soley made on that deposit bonus a never receved,  and I look forward to your reply as I left an email message and am looking for a bonus too....

But a say ok a try your suggestion and even tryed another browser,,, but no respin or win payed, back to customer service,,,, diffrent bloke ,, first thing he say is , have you a screenshot, a tell him no, so he gives me a link to go to fill in my details of which then a give him the link of and this is to check my browser...  YES THAT BROWSER THAT HIS MATE TOLD ME TO CLEAR A WOUNDER WHT THEY FOUND ON THERE nothing i would think,   THEN to my amazment less than say 10 hrs later viseoslots have checked all this out, WITH THE SOFTWARE PEPOLE a hope. they found a won nothing and the game played out ok, I think thats a lot a crap there response was far to quick. Now heres the BIG BAD ONE  am playing cash caves only 5 lines 2p a line,, and I win five in a row,, a win of 5 nines through the middle straight line made up of 2 nines and 3 wilds,,,, YOU WOULD NOT BELEVE ME IF A NEVER TOOK SCREENSHOT which is below, Now thats been sent of to tech guys they say so why was the respins in toki time not handled same, way mmmmm,,, Honestly it is time that us players are treated with more legal support and time for casinos to stop regulating them self as THEY LIE and they do EVERY COMPLANINT I HAVE EVER MADE THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THE SAME AND ITS THE SAME FROM EVERY CASINO INFACT WORD FOR WORD THEY ALWAYS BLAME BROWSER AND CACHE ECT enough of this poppy cock 3 times a been had in a week and know what they dont care because they do it because they can,,, will netbet give me the £70 a was up back or even my £10 deposit back ,,,, will vera and john give me my bonus and god knows what happen at videoslots even when a have the proof know why its to easy to get away with it for them ,,, and beleve me when a say a hope am wrong and they all play fair but pigs dont fly AND AS YOU CAN SEE THERE SLOTS DO NOT PAY OUT FOR WINNING LINES EITHER

      That is great that you got the bonus and the casino came thru for you. I hope in the third case, this can be resolved. I for one understand your frustration.
