        Hi all after another RNG session and 10 blacks on the roulette wheel 1 red 10 blacks like random as it is i decided i would sign out and not bother being skanked and robbed as this is about the 5th time this has happened i only put £10quid on at a time but sometimes turn that in to 100s but i also lose  after 4 weeks goes to sign back in last tuesday  goes on chat to be told yes thanks it open 2morrow next day the same 4 more phone call every day it will open 2morrow just goes on 2nitght and now ive been sent a email to answer there questions and then they will decide if they will open it after another 8 days any body else ever had some much rubbish with a basic sign out ?
        below is the questions sent to me via emal

        1 why did you decide to apply a Time Out to your account ?  Answer had enough of the so called RNG not being random you can actuly feel the game play is different when your being robbed
        2 what  has changed since you requested the Time Out? nothink has changed saved me self some money from not deposited and played else where
        3·  Did you seek any help and support during your Time Out? i dont need any help
        4·  Do you feel in control of your gambling now? ive always been in control of my gambling
        5·  How do you stay in control of your gambling? i only gamble for fun and limit my bets to minimum stakes

        hahhahah what a joke i did used to rate coral as one ov the best casino sports book but after this nightmare im thinking there support is now crap i mean ive signed out b4 and never had this:o

        Hi scu11y69,

        It looks like they are just trying to look our for your best interests. Because you decided to apply a time out on your account it raised some flags and because the company is a large corporate company they have to follow the steps and procedures.

        It sounds like they under the New UKGC regulations which have really clamped down on the casinos with thier responsible gambling terms for any company operating under that license , it's also why many casinos will alert you more often than you they previously did with " gental reminders " loss / profits over a lengthy period ect.
        Looks like they just concerned and following the new protocols that have been placed on them by the board  8'|

        New UKGC regulations  well if it takes 14 days to sign back into your account people may not want to sign out . and keep depositing crafty gaming sites. do you think you have to go thru this after every cool off ?

        You probually do, casinos take cooling off periods very seriously, they might even start mailing you more often with questioners for you to evaluate your gambling habits. Happened to me at Bet365 back in the day,
        Best is just set limits in responsible gambling section by setting up max bet , max deposit and Max losses limits instead of actually freezing the account for a few days or weeks

        only just open today with a snotty email so i done the wise thing and limited my daily weekly and monthly deposit limits .but these only stay in place for 24hr i think a good idea would be like the cooling off period that once you have set the limits you cant change them for a month mayb that would help big gamblers that chase money i only play for fun so its not realy that much of an issue to me but casinos wouldnt do that would they thats not responsible gambling is it lol
