        I'm not entirely sure I should post this here. Sorry If I shouldn't.


        I have used LCB for a while but have never registered so I could comment, however I have felt it important to to do so to share my recent experience I have had with Coral casino.

        I mainly use playtech casinos and have never had any issues on the games. Nothing that is not quickly rectified anyway.

        On monday 19th August I had what I would describe as serious issues playing Penguin Vacation. Whilst playing the game and in the middle of the bonus I got a message that I had lost contact with the server and please contact the customer service. I logged out and back in to discover my account was £5 less and the bonus had finished. I thought maybe I had made a mistake. However after further play I had the bonus again to which before finished I was up to about £155 from my £126, the message again required me to contact customer service. When I logged straight back into the casino my account balance had reduced back down to £126, but the bonus started again straight away at zero and I won about £5 I think. So about £30 down.

        I emailed customer service straight away this time, telling them of the problems. I was waiting for a reply for several hours.

        I decided to reinstall the software and restart my computer to sort the issue sort in case in was my fault.

        I played the game again. Once again I received the bonus, this time I had about 2 free spins of the 30 and the same message about contacting customer service. I logged back in to discover the bonus was no longer there.

        Of course I stopped playing Penguin Vacation straight away and have not played it anymore. After sending 3 emails on Monday 19th and 3 messages via the webform they only just contacted yesterday to say my message has been sent to a different department and I will not hear anything for a few days.

        Once Again I'd like to state that I have never had an issue like this. My balance is at least £35 down from what it should be. This is a very dangerous issue and one I wanted to share.

        This sounds like a technical issue with the game. Do you want us to contact the casino on your behalf and investigate what happened with your bonus? If so please private message ( PM ) me with your user name.
