        I completed a withdrawal request Feb. 28, 2013 and emailed the necessary documents to support.  I have never been contacted to verify that the documents were received...Nothing.  I have contacted Live Help several times and continue to get the same standard answer..."you will get your money, the withdrawal is being processed".  Here are the responses to my questions from the chat session earlier today:

        It has been 12 business days, this will be the 4th weekend and I get the same answers every time I go to Live Help...is there anything I can do to get my money?
