I was attracted to Drake Casino because they allowed US players and had several mobile games. I was under the impression that they were reputable because they were always quick to respond to questions or concerns. However, it seems like the customer service stops when it comes time for them to actually pay out. I had probably deposited around $800 over several weeks, and lost most of it. I had a lucky streak with blackjack and won around $650, so I decided to cash out. I paid the $60 wire transfer fee, and they said it would be 8-12 days to receive. I emailed them after a couple weeks, and they told me that it will come the next week. When it didn't, I emailed them again, and they gave me a new date. We are going on 5 weeks now, and they have stopped replying, and yes, no money has been received.
I am puzzled, because I have talked to a manager, Sean, several times and he seemed very kind and professional. I really didn't want to have to post anything negative about them, but seriously, what choice do I have when they are so eager to take your money, and then ignore you when you want to cash out? I probably would have deposited and lost the $600 by now if they just would have processed it, but now I can't see myself ever playing there again.
