        europlay casino is giving me  a hardtime cashing out my winnings.its been one month now but they are wasnt able to pay me my only $250 winnings ,i did all they want me to do. they kept on saying technical problem but when i asked what specific problem theyre talking about they said they dont know...what should i do? is there any body can help me. coz when i was depositing theres no issue now that im withdrawing suddenly theres a technical problem? i hope somebody could shed light on my problem

        Hi banoni069,

        The rep contacted me and said it has something to do with the account being in CA$.

        He said to make a deposit via Neteller and they will adjust the amount with withdrawal (im guessing do the conversions). I am checking which currency you should make the deposit in - I am guessing US$.

        I hope everything works out. Just a bit strange that they want him to make another deposit in order to be able to pay him out? I don't really get it...
        Also, if he was able to deposit in CA$, why would there be a problem to withdraw using the same currency... Weird...
