        Hello all,

        I want to warn everybody of Eypobet. It does not seem to be a good idea to play at that site.
        I requested a withdrawal some weeks ago and they refuse to pay and I do not even know why because they never respond when I email them.

        I have sent a PM to their rep on this board hoping he will not ignore me like their customer support. I will post about it when there are news about my case.

        The reps here are usually good about replying. I hope he/she  are able to sort things out for you  .

        Hi,

        Please let me address this right away - you did not complete the KYC in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and therefore the original withdrawal was cancelled. The original withdrawal was the 9th of Jan but the second one was done just before the weekend on the 5th of Feb and has since been paid out.

        Please also note that the message you sent through the forum was during the weekend and we do not have full staff during the weekends so did not see the message until today.

        For starters I was paid today. All of the funds hit my account today. That is enjoyable.

        However, I do not understand the statements the rep of Eypobet has made.

        I did not complete the KYC?  But I was never asked for documents. And when I emailed their customer support they never replied. That is not ok. I am not sure if Eypobet is a legitimate casino.

        Maybe they do need to improve their CS, maybe they dont, but You got paid so not sure why would you now say your not sure they are legitimate.

        Maybe they need to improv their CS? They defo need to improve it. They never replied when I emailed them. And when you check some forums for online gaming you will see that there are more complaints about Eypobet and that Eypobet ignored most of them.

        I am not the only player who was not paid. And I guess I still would not be paid if I had not posted on this board. I do not believe what their rep has posted in this thread. Not sure why they replied on this forum whereas they ignore complaints on other forums. Maybe because they have a rep here.

        Something is seriously wrong with Eypobet and I very much doubt this casino is legit. I recommend players stay away from it.
