I played and won at Eypobet in the middle of september. I started withdrawing two times the maximum allowed amount (1000) and received a request to send in my documents in the beginning of October. After sending in my documents in the middle of october (15th Of October) I received the following email:
'Kindly be informed that we have forwarded your documents to our Payments Department for verification, once verified your withdrawal will be processed accordingly.
You will be informed once your withdrawal has been processed.'
I have played on the website in the meantime and tried to contact live chat a few times already but they don't seem to be online. I send a message through the webform and an e-mail on the 21th of October asking for an update on my withdrawaI but haven't received a response up until now. I tried calling their telephone number as advertised in their 'about eypobet' section, but seems this telephone number is not active or working?
Does Eypobet have a rep on this website? Someone who can address this for me, please?
