        I have tried to reach this casino in every way possible....6 email (no response) called the phone number waited on hold for over 40 minutes twice and tried to leave a message and Mailbox was full...."live chat"  no response.  I put the wrong password in by accident and they locked out my account and told me to contact support.....I have been trying to do just that for over 3 days now....I have money in my account and of course, now >:( I'm concerned that the whole place is a scam.

        That sucks, but the whole rival brand has become really sorry, imo. Ever since they stopped allowing Reversal Deposit Bonuses, they quickly became a non-factor in my book. I've moved onto another brand and couldn't be happier.

        In fact, the real tell tell sign of them straight Jumping The Shark, is when they added on those crummy betsoft (El Dorado) slots into some of their casinos.

        Had issues with them a while back over a withdrawal.  Did end up getting my funds but private message me and I will give u the email for the manager. Maybe she will answer you quicker.
