        Made my 1rst deposit at this casino using bonus code FA200 and used my skrill account (used money received today from lcb).Got email from skrill saying transaction successfull,but no money is showing on my casino balance,not even on sports balance.Emailed them twice and now waitting for a answer.Chatt support is ofline.Need help with this issue.

        Logged in a few minutes ago...chat was online,but when i clicked live chat,support mail option appeared.One minute later chat was offline again.Makes me wonder...will i ever again see my money???(luckly i have a copy of skrill transaction)

        A casino rep got back to us. They can see there is a transaction attempt in your account but it is with status “incomplete”. What this means is that the money didn’t actually reach Flamantis Casino.

        According to their payment department, the problem is from Skrill’s side, so they suggest to you to contact Skrill support directly.

        The casino rep advises you to contact their support for a faster resolution, and he assures me they have already provided feedback.

        This issue is resolved.Money is already in account ballance.I provided th transaction number from skrill and money was added to my account.Unfortunatly no bonus was added to my 1st deposit.TY for your help.
