    Hi I see you have an exclusive bonus for mandarin palace posted today.  Wanted to let you know despite depositing there last Friday, and being a member of lcb.  They say I am not eligble for tis bonus.
      On Friday when Iogged into casino I got a popup offering bronco100  tried tey said expired reciebved same pop up following day. So on facebook and genesis club and everywere they r advertising 100 plus 30 spins big promotion so I deposit and they say its for certain players..

    That's very frustrating johnwar.

    It's always safer to contact live help before making a deposit to check what bonuses you can claim and if they don't come through when you make your deposit, you have something in writing (the chat) that you can use to back up your request (always email a copy of the chat transcript to yourself).

    I wonder if other players have had the same experience.
