  • just got an email from my bank saying my dispute was denied i deposited 3 times allmost $100 the last one i ask for a bonus . They told me all me accounts are closed do to more than one account  ..that is the first thing i ask before i made any deposit.. so i ask if i would have won i could not have got my money  they said no ...i asked if they can give me a refund since i could not have got anything back ..and they should have closed all my accounts and told me when i ask before my first deposit .. i got back the ruddies mess. i ever got ... than he ended chat .i chat ed again the same you would have thought you was trying to take the persons money on chat ..the ruddiest ... i filed with my bank was denied .... the richer get richer poorer get pour er if toke that much money from somebody ill go to jail cut company's can

    It is a different rep than that chat support agent you talked to.

  • Seems here that weather by accident or not, there were multiple accounts you had.

    Most Casino's do have a term that state multiple accounts = breach of t and c. Sometimes there are negotiations that casinos are open to such as if the person already had an account at the casino's sister site and didn't realise the casino was part of the same group, the casino recently changed name and the player didn't realise so opened another account thinking they are a new casino or it could be genuine customer mistake for signing up again.

    However, casino's will often stick to their guns if they know that the situation could be more than the above and they would also consider that if the player went public with the result, would it tarnish the reputation of the casino?

    In this situation, if what the support staff said (you have 9 accounts) is true then IMO there is very little you can do. They know it could be beyond human mistake as well as going public wouldn't lose them custom (A player didn't have his money back because he had 9 accounts? That wont put anyone off playing there).

    Basically your situation is that you held 9 or however many accounts. You deposited. Lost that money. You asked if you could be granted with a bonus for your losses... That is when they checked your account details and saw you had multiple accounts.

    All they seem to of said to you was that had you won and cashed out, when they went to process the winnings and did their relevant checks, they would have seen you had 9 accounts, saw that as a massive breach of the t and c's and thus as per their terms, winnings would be void and deposits refunded.

    As a result though, you lost that money, and had already breached the multiple accounts term.

    Do I think it's fair? No, of course not. Perhaps you genuinely didn't know you had made that many accounts? If that was the case, then you were in a lose/lose situation.

    Yet things like this have happened to us all and 1 golden rule is to ALWAYS check every little detail in the casino's terms and conditions and make sure you only have 1 account (even if it means asking support before joining or depositing).

    I had a similar thing years ago where I fancied a gambling break, self excluded at 1 casino. I didn't realise this casino had sister casinos and years later I made an account at another casino... I won but had winnings void and deposits refunded because I had self excluded at their sister casino.

  • I think the issue is he's upset because he's not getting his deposits back. Because of the multiple accounts, they wouldn't have paid him, so he's upset that because that was the case, they allowed him to deposit even though he had multiple accounts, he wouldn't have been able to withdrawal. Once he asked for a bonus (free chip I guess) they noticed and closed the accounts.

    While I can understand to a degree, I think that if you as a person try to circumvent the bonuses to your advantage (by opening 9 accounts), they have the right to do the same, in keeping your deposits. Neither was right. Id be upset too,... But then again, you cheat them, you can't be mad if they "cheat" you. My personal opinion of course

    I represent Gibson Casino. I'm not sure what the problem is here? You made 3 deposits, then when you did not win anything, you tried to charge back? And when you could not get that right, you decide to visit this forum to slander the casino? You have 8 more linked accounts as well.

    I'd like to know, on what basis should you get your money back? The fact that you lost?

    Unfortunately, we unable to accommodate your request as we would then have to refund every player that has lost and also pay every player that wins. Doesn't make any sense.

    For the other posters here, the problem is not only the linked accounts, the problem is that this player wanted his deposits back after he lost. Then he tried to make a charge back.

  • Wow some story, I think that since you had account years ago that make very difficult to withdraw any winning, It's always difficult to memorize all the account we got, What I do personally is to never delete any email from casino so it's easy to check if I do got a account on this casino and then avoid any trouble if I ever want to withdraw.

    Just to clear things up, this is not a withdrawal issue. The player never had funds to withdraw. He made 3 deposits to the total of $75. When he lost it, he wanted to charge back. Which make this a potential fraud issue.

    A casino can not survive by refunding players when they lose and then still pay players when they win.

    This player has no claim here. The deposits will not be refunded in this case.

  • You can't have multiple accounts at casino and sure by doing chargebacks you are committing fraud.

    Since you lost money you can't expect they would refund you, so threatening to charge back is not cool.

    For these reasons I am closing this complaint and upgrading it to resolved.
