Go Lucky Casino - won off a $20 Free chip - 35 days still waiting for money

        Hi everyone,

        I was emailed a No deposit bonus from Go Lucky Casino, which was $20, so I decided to try it. It is a RTG Casino, and was excited to play and try my luck here. I hit a winning streak, yeah! I thought, and managed to wager the $20 free chip, and was allowed to cash out the max which was $100. I was told to deposit, minimum was $25, so I chose this and deposited $25.
        I sent in my documents for verification and was told everything was fine, and to wait for my money.

        I am still waiting, it is 35 days. I am told to be patient. I have won off several free chips over the years playing online at different Casinos, some I had to deposit to receive my wins, some I did not. I always though received my wins from free chips, I think the longest waiting was about 30 days.

        I am positing here to see if others have a similar situation as myself at this Casino, please let me know. I hope to receive my $100. Maybe they are having problems with paying out for whatever reason, however, I do know some Casinos have not paid others their wins, I am hoping that Go Lucky will pay me my win.

        I dont know why so many of you guys are so eager to sign up with any new casino as soon as someone posts a code or in your case upon receiving a spam email? ..? There is so many reputable casinos to play at, and you should always wait for a feedback from either LCB or do your own research before playing a new casino. Otherwise you might get scammed like in this case...

        please note that this casino is linked to Lucky spins which does have a warning due to slow and reports of no payments of winnings. The rep is around but is reluctant to answer our mails and sort out these cashout complaints in a timely manner.

        With that said we will do our best to help you and will pressure them to give you your winnings if your account is all in order.

        Thank you Ema and Melcb. I think my account is in order, I have sent in all the required documents and they said they were ok, I have met the wagering requirements, and deposited the min amount I was required to, which was $25. I have been chatting with live chat off and on for 35 days. and am told the money is coming and to be patient, but it has not come yet. I have seen the comments about Lucky Spins, but did not know they were sister casinos until later on.

        I will be more careful next time. thank you for your help, really appreciate it.

        Good luck Gloriabe!.So many complaints lately about online casinos,I am very disapointed.If LCB would not be around to help us things would be much more difficult to solve.

        Actually. I am not looking for something for nothing. I have been online playing slots for a long time, using MY money. I had never heard of free chips, and when I did hear of them and found out you could win, I never used them that much because I never thought I would win, I did win one day, and had the money sent to me, I was shocked, and happy. So I then decided to play at a Casino that offered a free chip because I had won over the years off several of them. I have put MY money into many Casinos and Bingo sites over the years, and if I can win off a free chip once in awhile, I will certainly accept the money graciously.

        REALLY! had to clear this up,    I am thrilled to be able to gamble online, and hope to continue to. Am very happy and thankful that they offer free chips sometimes, and hope they continue to.

        Now after clearing this up, I do hope to receive my free chip winnings that I did make a deposit to claim, it can make up for the money I lost over the years playing.

        I did not research this Casino, I did not think to because I have always received the money I won from free chip wins. It did not even come to my mind that I would not receive my wins off this chip, if I won. I now see that there can be problems, like now, I don't know what is going on with the Casino, maybe they are having some problems and I will receive the money I won soon, I do really hope so. Thanks LCB for helping me, and thanks everyone else, I will research a Casino next time before joining it.

        I have not been able to log in, however I did speak to live chat about my withdrawal and he/she said that they were having problems with their website and to come back.
