        I am still waiting to see if i can get any help for the $75 that has been sitting in my account since i played. Thanks Mel for all of your help but still no response from the rep or CS.

        I have emailed the rep again Rena. This is the predicament:

        "Presently there is nothing support can do because Golden Euro is set up for EURO only which means we really cannot accept $. This means that the player cannot deposit to withdraw."

        I have asked her if there is a solution to convert your currency and somehow deposit using EURO.

        I was wondering if you had a chance to check this matter out, i have not heard anything as of yet. Thanks again for looking into this matter for me. If i knew before hand that the casino has no way for USA players to withdraw, i most definitely would have not played there.

        Finally resolved thank you. Gave me a chance to build it up to $130 the use wire transfer but  i did not make it  . Oh well, easy come easy go.
