  • So when enquiring on a pending ecopayz withdrawal with Grand Fortune I am connected to plant7 chat. After several quesitons why I am told that Grand Fortune is now part of this group. Obviously a concern as they are in the rogue section her

    This withdrawal has been pending since Saturday. While it may be normal at some  casinos I have not generally had any issues with Raging Bull or Grand Fortune and if I did they were resolved fairly quickly.

    What is most concerning is that when on chat yesterday I was told the wd ws not paid because Dean was sick. That Dean was the only person that could process the withdrawal. This apparently was not true based on what I have been advised today.

    I am pasting both the  chats from yesterday and today below.

    Have I missed something here on the site, are others aware of Grand Fortune and Rasging Bull now being part of the same group as Planet 7. Is this now to be a concern ??

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Very strange though. We're going to contact the casino rep to ask him about it. Hope he'll reply here shortly. Thank you for sharing this info with us.

    We received an update from the casino and he says that you have been paid this morning. Could you please confirm that?

    They also confirmed they are not a part of Planet7. They are having some issues on their live chat and they are fixing them. They also apologize for the inconvenience.

  • I am pleased to say the withdrawal was indeed paid this morning.

    I am still finding it very odd regarding the live chat issues, especially as the rep stated they are part of Planet7, as noted in my initial chat posted.

    In any event all is well on my end.
