        I won on a free bonus$175, they say I gave them wrong info and the wire was returned. They charged me $150 of the $175 and credited $25 back to my account. I've been with this casino for years and am a VIP. Something is no right here, I've never been charged for a return of a direct deposit before. Usually it just comes back for whatever reason. this is the email I got from them.

        What service provider would charge such an enormous amount to return a payment because of wrong account info. I can understand if they ask me to re-submit the correct info, but not take my winnings because of it?

        NOT ON YOUR LIFE WOULD IT COST THAT MUCH!!!!!!!!!! IDC if you did give them wrong info, here in the USA there is a return svc charge of most 30.00, I have heard some of being only 15.00.  I also deposit alot with them and now makes me have a sour taste in my mouth, So sry this happened to you and maybe BLUE can help you out in this matter and talk with a rep. Alway cross your T's and dot your I's!

        Yes I feel you that, it's crazy!! I've never had a problem with them and always got paid and been treated fairly. Go figure

        Thank you for contacting us.

        After thoroughly looking at you case and since you are valid customer we are willing to make an exception and credit  back the full amount you requested via bank wire. Please note however that since we process international wires it is expected that intermediary charges occur. The wire went to your bank and then returned back therefore the charges were so high.

        Kindly re-submit your withdrawal and we will make sure to process your pay out as soon as possible. We can recommend you as an alternative pay out method -Western Union.
