    Is there a rep for grosvenor casino on LCB?

    I have got 2 pending payments to my skrill £100 and £80 and i first requested them at 3:50am on the 01/03/2016

    Such a big name and yet they are delaying payments

    It says it is 6-24 hour pending time and 24-48 processing time, it has now gone past that 48 hour mark, in fact it is now nearly 54 hours, and still not recieved my money.

    I will never be playing in this casino ever again, i was a loyal customer and withdraws was usually done to my skrill here in the past within 24 hours, but this is the first time that it has taken this amount of time, and this is clearly unacceptable, when there is plenty of other better casinos out there with far more better live support and slot choice too.

    Videoslots i get withdraws within 5 or 10 mins always, i play at videoslots casino all the time, it is my number one casino, but i played at grosvenor and some others too, but grosvenor no more.

    I hope there is a rep on board who can speed this up, i am still waiting for someone to call me back too, they said yesterday they would get someone to call me back within 24 hours and that didnt happen either.

    So please everyone, if you do not like delayed payments please do not use grosvenor casino, avoid at all costs, this day and age, withdraws should be done within 0-4 hours maximum, that is becoming standard practise now.

    I'm really sorry you are feeling frustrated but I think there is no need to feel that way.
    It is stated in our Review that the pending time is 72 hours, plus  cashout time for E-wallets is 24 hours which means that you have to be patient and I'm sure you'll get your winnings.
