        Can someone tell me what my options are? Someone advised me to go their economic gambling commission which is in Costa Rica but it's in spanish and I don't speak it and what would I say exactly? Here is the link of the economic department. What exactly are my options here?

        The casino is CASINOSIEGER (beware!). I posted all the details on a different gambling site.

        Anyway, I deposited with Neteller and won and asked my payout to my Neteller. They say I am required to send them documents.

        I send them 2 ID's, bills, and my Neteller screenshot.

        They asked for my bank details.  I told them I wanted my win sent to Neteller but they said they will only send by bank transfer! I've never seen a casino refuse to pay back to my Neteller which is what I use for all poker playing.

        I say okay, send to my bank if you want although I prefer it in Neteller. So I send them my bank details like account number, SWIFT, etc. .

        By the way, all this time I have to send multiple emails to get replies from them. They usually ignore my emails and their chat NEVER works.

        Then they want my bank statement too and both sides of my BANK CARD.

        At this point I don't trust them at all so I tell them I will open a new bank account so that my main bank account is not at risk. They say fine.

        I opened a new bank account and sent them the statement and card for my new bank account.

        They still don't send me my payout saying there are "inconsitencies" and some garbage about "AML guidelines" whatever that is. I demand them to pay me and they say nothing.

        I told them they can transfer to either of my bank accounts and gave them full details for both . They refuse to send my transfer to either bank account or to my Neteller.

        In fact they just don't want to pay me. They are happy to take your deposit and then refuse to pay if you win.

        I have been paid many times from plenty of casinos. Even one asked me to send documents to Gibrlatar. This is the first time I have been cheated by a casino.

          I sent a message..it looks like they mostly promote Rembrandt but it shows casinosieger there as well. I will tell you what they say.

          How can a respected casino take a win just like that and nobody cares? Online casinos are garbage.

            your main bank account was not at risk. when you send copies of the card's back you simply cover the last 3-4 digits, is a standard industry procedure. Costa Rican commission would ask the same if they decide to look at your case. of course your new bank account/card whatever you sent would not match with the one you used to fill neteller account so it was a bad move. who knows why you have been red flagged. they don't require card/bank details when ewallets are used simply because it is supposed that you have been verified by the ewallet in cause, a reason to why sometimes any docs are not even necessary if withdrawals below ~2000 euros are initiated.
            you should sent the bank statement with recent transactions and copy of top/back of your card you registered neteller with.
            i wonder why when cases like this surface the OP usually say his story and not present conversation of both sides with personal details covered so to have a better view. of course their request is strange but if you ever used your card to deposit then its a standard request. otherwise i think there is more than meets the eye...
