        Hi guys,

        is there any rep for Winward Casino?
        my withdrawal seems to take really long time
        they money i requested for payout bounce back to my account and I need to wait to make another withdrawal.
        Please help me with this issue.
        I have sent all my docs and did phone verification.
        And i can see there is no warning sign at the forum that i decided to deposit

        I'm not seeing a rep immediately listed, nor am I seeing any immediate complaints about them.
        Other than one of their sisters Thebes had some issue in the past.
        Since LCB does have them on their pages as an affiliate, maybe they have a contact.  Otherwise based on a my few minutes of searching I don't see one immediately?

        I chatted with LCB live help and she said she is going to contact the casino,

        no reply from the rep and asked the live help from the casino, he said my account is still being under verification process which he himself doesnt know how much longer will it take.

        update: just talked to the casino live help. He said my account is still under verification process and can take up to a week. And you can request a withdrawal ONCE A WEEK <--- disappointing. So if my withdrawal is cancelled during the same week i will have to wait for next week.

        Note: Sorry not that i intend to talk bad about this casino but i am just sharing my bad experience and my feeling.

        You can call me a nosy old lady and that's OK,  BUT why would someone not representative of Winward Casino even get involved with your situation?  I really, really, hope you didn't give out too much of your information to this marketing individual.  On the surface or by my first reading, this intervention by an outside party seems pretty fishy to me!  One of those things that makes me go humm?

        Oh and by the way THANK-YOU for keeping your fellow LCB'ers updated.  I for one sincerely appreciate the information.  Most post about the wrong done to them but then never follow-up with the end result.
