High Noon, Club World - deposit not credited - no live support

        I am wondering what is happening here with these two casinos?

        I deposited $110.00 US at High Noon today, debited my Visa and no funds into my account???

        Live support brings up error message?/

        Went to Club World. did not attempt a deposit there just checked live support, same error message.

        Anyone know what is happening?

        I would like my money credited to my account or refunded.

        Feedback appreciated.

        Maybe internet went down, and that's the reason for error.  Normally there are not errors with chat because its a separate program. Internet problem can also cause a problem with deposit getting debited and then not credited.

        They also have a telephone # you can call.

        If you made a deposit and it was not credited they will make it right.

        same thing happened to me a few times, I made a deposit to a casino via bank via skrill and somethink went wrong, the money has been taken from the bank but my balance still zero. it took them a week before  skrill processed the error.

        I just don't bother with the support of deposits any more.  Over the last 2 years..... They are right and I am wrong.  Regardless of what proof I have..... Its useless.  There is always an excuse.  So all the hours wasted and all the money taken and not added to my balance just adds to the downhill slide of the casino.  One day I will be done enough to be done.  I just like to play and have played here for 5 years.  Wheres the love, right?  1000's lost ,,,,,  getting closer to the end of our relationship... just not done beating my head against the wall........

        I've received a response from the casinos.

        I have had a look in to the accounts of dory999 and some of the people that have reported issues on your site. Both support and cashiers are unaware of any issues that have happened and I have looked in to the accounts of those players either they had successfully deposited or in the case of kkimelwell, had a problem with one of her cards however when she used an alternative this successfully went through for her.

        I would recommend that if they do encounter any issues they need to contact us directly so we can look in to it for them, I understand that they have mentioned they are not happy with our customer support which I will look into. But if they are not happy with the response we have a manager on shift 24/7 that will be more than happy to speak to them to try and help.


        If you have deposited and that deposit has not gone through, do try their live help and if no success, ask for the Manager on duty at the time.  If still no success, report it on the forum or message me via pm and I'll get in touch with them and I'll try and help you.
