  • I've been depositing at JPC Group including Slotastic and Grande Vegas for over 5 years.

If you happen to actually catch a win, JPC group will pay you and pay you within 48 hours (not counting weekends of course) so this is one reason I've deposited an estimated $40,000 over the past several years.

I have had a few decent withdrawals totalling roughly $8000 combined (for all 3 casinos) over these years. There are a few other times that I could have cashed out significant sums but played it all back. The first of these was at Grande Vegas a few years back and that got me VIP status for awhile.

But one day over a year ago, I was restricted to bonuses of 25% while they frequently offer 100-250% to many of their players. This did no occur after a win. It was arbitrary. They told me my deposit/bonus ratio was too low and also prohibit me from taking part in their trournaments.

A few months back, I finally made a my very first JPC withdrawal (that was not capped by a free chip limit) for about $2000. Still, I'm so far in the hole with JPC I'll never even come close to getting it back and for Jackpot Capital alone I estimate to be $20,000 in the hole at least.

A few weeks ago, they pulled the plug on all bonuses except for 25%. I cannot take part in any of their promotions or trournaments. I was shocked but I guess I should not have been.

I'm the first to admit that I always took the best bonus I could find (usually 100%) but with 30X WR making the wager requirement was extremely rare and cashing out almost never happened.

Two emails that I wrote to support were completely ignored. If I had won a significant portion of my losses back I would understand but this is not the case. I have not deposited at JPC since they pulled the plug. As infrequent as the luck came to me there--I just don't see the point. I'm not saying I'll never deposit there again, but I will certainly not ever deposit there with the frequency and the amounts that I have over the years If I'm not allowed to take advantage of the bonuses they extend to all of their regualar "losers."

Then their is Slotastic and I'm pretty certain they will pull the plug there for me soon as well. This is a casino where a win is EXTREMELY rare. I have had only one (not capped to 5X due to a free chip and it would be a tiny fraction of my overall deposits. I don't know if it's just luck or if they RTP at Slotastic is set lower than at their other casinos but it definitely seems to be the hardest to not only catch a win--but to even get a decent play session regardless of how big of a bonus they offer.

I know RTGs and the others are notorious for bonus banning people who have a few nice withdrawals but in over 5 years, I have had a FEW and this group has made a FORTUNE off me.

The bonus restricting or banning me without question has dramatically reduced the amount I deposit there and they amount I will lose at their sites. I guess I should consider myself a winner!

Still to lose so much over a period of time only to be "banned or restricted" is just so insulting and they don't even reply to emails or feel the need to explain their decision in any way whatsoever. It is a very callous attitude. In Las Vegas I would have the Tower Suite at Wynn, incredible gormet meals, and the "treatment!" And yes, I have had that and still get it if I wish. Internet casinos do not provide comps and meals so to me, the bonuses are the perks. Without them, I'm just not likely to play much unless the RTP is much higher than B & M which in this case--it most definitely is not.

I haven't been to Vegas in far too long. I think it's time to get off of LCB and start hunting airfares!

I feel very sad to hear that.. Jackpot capital was one of my favorite casino and my first cashout from gambling in my life was at Jackpot capital without depositing.

Just I want to know the kind of this 25% bonus, Is it with wagering requirement or not ?? For me, I never claim deposit bonus with wr..It's for sure wasting money and time.

  • Hi pmutts,

We're still waiting for you to provide us with your casino username so that we can contact them.

  • Hello Melissa,

I've been busy with the holidays. Just logged in to LCB for the first time to follow up since making the post. I provided my login name for all 3 of their casinos along with the email I sent to support that was ignored.

    Thanks and Happy Holidays!

  • Hello aymenpronet,

It is a generic 25% bonus without a coupon code just ****** and it carries the 30X Dep + Bonus for slots only.

You are absolutely correct that a if I make a $40 deposit and accept a $10 bonus that this is a HORRIBLE offering. I have to wager $1500 in order to actualy withdraw!

I think that offers of 80% or more, or perhaps 25% with a large number of free spins make the offer more palatable. The vast majority of these play sessions--I estimate about 1 in 50 where you may have an opportunity to cash out with a profit. Of course most players--including myself do not always cash out when they have the chance. I generally don't withdraw (unless capped by a free chip) for less than $600-$1000.

It's so easy to blow $500-$1000 or more in a weekend after making multiple deposits at various casinos. They add up fast, real fast when the luck is not there at all which is really when we shouldn't play.

I'm moving more and more toward Bitcoin casinos. This is one of the things I like about JPC Group--the ability to deposit and withdraw in Bitcoin. I think not taking a bonus is probably smart but I'm kind of hooked on them.

    Happy Holidays to you.

  • Hello kerch123,

I can certainly understand why you feel that way. Many others share your feelings. I know they are in business to make money and they should make money.

The key word you hit on is GREED.

    Happy Holidays,

    pmutts

  • I've received your email and your usernames have been forwarded to the casinos. We'll keep you posted.

  • Hi pmutts,

We've heard from Slotastic Casino today. They state that you have been removed from receiving bonuses, because of some issues and bad bonus ratios you used to have. However, you are still able to receive bonuses at Slotastic since everything has been settled down now. They encourage you to contact them anytime for further info and explanation.

We're still waiting for the updates from other casinos. It's a holiday season so that's the reason we haven't heard back from them. We'll keep you posted.

  • Hi pmutts,

We finally heard back from Jackpot Capital. They state that unfortunately, they can't allow you any more bonuses than the 25%ers, moreover you claimed 9 different free bonuses within a couple of days.
This will only change if you would make more deposits again.
