        Decided to try out Kudos Casino based primarily on one of their withdrawal options being Pay2Card.

        I played and requested withdrawals, then cancelled the withdrawals and re-played the money back and forth. I finally committed to leaving the money in Withdrawal mode, here is what I was told:

        "We're sorry, but your Pay2Card payout request of $XXX.XX USD for Account ID XXXXXX has been declined.
        Payout Comments: This option is not available at this time. Please re-request via an alternative. May we suggest UPayCard - you will receive your funds fastest via this option.
        We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions."

        I tried numerous times to sign up through UPayCard, but the software kept shutting me down when I got to the listing my birthdate part. Perhaps it is because I am almost 70 years old that I chose to go with a casino offering Pay2Card because it is the simplest and most direct way to get a withdrawl processed. Wire Transfers and the like eat up a lot of your winnings. The other methods are beginning to become too complex for me.

        When I told the casino rep it was dishonest to offer an option and then say it is not available as well as being deceptive, I was told I was "over the top". This is "Bait and Switch" which uses one thing to get you into their doors and changes the option once you are in. If they can't deliver on the method, they should either rescind the method or make a note to the effect that it is not available. I got the impression that Pay2Card had not even been set up yet.

        It seems, since there is no official online casino reporting mechanism in place to report this type thing, so I am sharing this information with you as I promised the casino rep to share it with online groups where people find information about gaming. Did not mention any groups by name, but here it is.

        Very sorry to hear that you had an issue with payment methods. Thank you very much for sharing this info with all of us on the forum. Anyway, we'll contact the rep and ask him for the clarification.

        It is a shame that you are disappointed with the service you received at Kudos Casino however there is no Bait and Switch.

        When you requested your withdrawal we contacted you to let you know that your preferred payment option was currently unavailable and suggested the fastest and most efficient alternative.

        When you encountered problems with this alternative we gave you the best advice we could and offered to contact the payment provider on your behalf to resolve the problems.

        You declined the offer of assistance and chose to play the funds on your account instead.

        All this took place over the course of 10 hours so it is unreasonable to start making complaints claiming that we are somehow dishonest.

        I have never played at Kudos casino but I have played at Inetbet and withdrew a small amount. They did pay rather quickly. There is not really nothing that can be done after the funds are played. I am sure another method could have been put into place. I think a few casinos are having problems with pay to card.

        In all fairness, whenever a payout method is "not available," it should be removed from the list of payout options.  This would be the proper way to go about it. A District Attorney would call it "Bait and Switch" and the merchant would be liable for misleading the public. I played the money back because I tried and tried to get on board with the UPayCard method the representative suggested after the Pay2Card method was unavailable. Each time I tried to apply, as soon as I entered my birthdate, the system would kick me out. I wrote to UPayCard and here is how they replied: 

        A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #337584 with the following response:

        "Dear Cora,

        Thank you for contacting UPayCard Customer Support.

        Please be informed that you are not able to change your date of birth manually. Please confirm your date of birth by replying this email and we will update it for you.

        Should you require further assistance or information, please reply to this email or contact us via our Live Chat directly from your UPayCard online profile. UPayCard Customer Support Live Chat opening times are 6:00-18:00 GMT+1 on Weekdays and 8:00-18:00 GMT+1 on Weekends.

        Alternatively you can find a lot of useful information in our Frequently Asked Questions section via https://www.upaycard.com/faq

        I was trying to put in my birthdate on the application form and I explained that to them when I wrote to them, yet they did not understand.  The application would not go through unless I listed my birthdate. The entire process had become very frustrating and I came to the conclusion that it would be best for me to play the money out for fun.  The second part of that conclusion was to never play at Kudos again.  I don't enjoy having to fight for what is rightfully mine.  When a casino advertises money will be paid out via a certain method, I expect that will happen.  When it does not happen and I am referred to yet another method which is not working and the support staff fail to understand what I have written, in order to avoid further frrustration, I feel it best to just back away. After playing a lot of money into a system and encountering massive difficulty in getting a least part of it back, I was at the end of my rope.  Additionally, the Kudos Rep told me I was "over the top" and I thought that was beyond cheeky for her to judge me like that, and was very unprofessional as well.

        Unfortunately, when there's more than one side to a story, it becomes necessary to withdraw entirely from the situation.  Note to all merchants:  Don't offer something you can't deliver. They could have well removed Pay2Card from their withdrawal methods until it was actually available.

        In my estimation, the situation is far from "Resolved."

        Wait...What?

        I signed up with Kudos mainly for the pay to card option.  It's right there in the cashier section.  They claim to process payments quickly.  If I get an email and delay to chose another option, I will uninstall. I should not have recevied an email saying it was 'being processed' if I'm going to later get an email to pick another option.  I will probably contact my credit card if this is the case.

         

        I despise false advertising!

        hi, I just received a payout today and i wanted to use the same option. I just happened to be on chat with rep. and he told me they no longer use it. And yes it is still listed as an option. i had to go with upay becuz bank wire would have cost me $50.  That is not cool...

        This payment option wasn't available at the casino for some time,according to the casino rep's words. However, we're going to check with them again if this option is going to be availabe again or we should remove it from payment options.

        Hi All,

        There seems to be some confusion here regarding two different payout methods.

        Pay2Card is currently unavailable in some regions. We are working to resume service in the affected areas and hope that this will be resolved in the next week or two.

        UPayCard is available to everyone and there are no problems at all there.

        It becomes only obvious that Kudos is not ready for primetime. They obviously are unable to deliver on what they list.  It appears I am not the only one who encountered difficulty and improbability in cashing out on a method they listed but were unable to deliver on. The other card suggestion is somewhere in limbo because there seems to be some difficulty in understanding they need to communicate and do it effectively.
