        I have been playing here for about a week, won some and lost some but now all of a sudden I cannot play the progressives.  I don't understand it and support is no help at all.  All of the other slot games are fine, it is just the progressives that will not allow me access.  If anyone knows what the problem is I would greatly appreciate some help.

        Support tried to tell me that it is the server or my firewall preventing access, which I think is total BS.  Why would I be able to play all of the other slots with exception of the progressives if it was my firewall, wouldn't it prevent access to every game on the casino if that was the case.

        This is just aggravating because I am depositing my own money and should be able to play whatever I choose to play.

        Is Kudo's software based or web based?

        Also are you playing with a coupon?  I've noticed several casinos these days are restricting progressives for whatever reason

        Then last but not least...

        have you tried asking Emily about seeing if she can help with the situation?  She seemed helpful the last time you had a complaint.

        It's downloaded, software based.  I've played them before and noticed that right after I cashed out with them I get an error whenever I log into any of the progressives and try to play. There are no coupons involved as I do not play with coupons AND they don't offer them anyway, instead they offer daily, weekly and monthly cash back on whatever you lose.  This was a straight up deposit with no coupons or casino bonus money involved.  I just think it is strange.

        Support tried to sell me it was the server the progressives are on and it was probably my ISP or y firewall.  Well if it were my ISP I would think I would not be able to access ANY of the games and the same thing goes if it were my firewall. Trying to get support to help is like pulling teeth. Instead of offering suggestions on how to remedy the situation, they just say the problem is on my end and has nothing to do with their software. 

        Frankly, it is my belief that they have blocked me from playing the progressives for one reason or another but refuse to tell me the truth, why I have no idea.  My account is a brand new account and is only a couple of weeks old, so go figure.

        I do apologise for the problems with the Progressive Games at Kudos Casino, this is a technical problem on our side that is preventing all our players from accessing the Progressive Games.

        Our tech team are working on this and hope to have it resolved very soon. In the mean time all our other games are fully available.

        The problem has yet to be resolved and we are now going on 3-4 weeks. I think it may be time to find another site at which to deposit.  This should not be a continuous ongoing problem with no resolve. I also have not been pleased with the extremely tight play. The wins are hit or miss and the bonus rounds you can pretty much forget about as they are few and far between. I don't expect to win all of the time but I would like to be able to expect a little more playing time for my deposit, which at this point is pretty much non-existent.  I am not a low depositor either, my average deposit is always in the vicinity of at least 75 - 120.

        ive deposited $25 and have so far got up to $200,i wish they would have tourny's it helps rtg not be so boring,they turned down my first try to cashout even though this is my 2nd deposit and no bonus so anything you win is yours,some of you know im beddridin so unless i win enough to pay to rent aambulance to get me down to staples copys and faxes im screwed,from now one i will stick with the 20 or so casinos that do pay me like winaday,slotland and miamiclub,my 3 favorites out of the bunch and there are at least 17 more.the only reason i even played there i heard inetbet was a sister casino and always heard great things about them,unfortunatley they were wrong so here i lay and justy glad i wasted only $50,my bank was infuriated and wanted me to do a cashback,i felti should have but it would hurt other cvasinos using that proccesor so ihave never done that since i started playing slotland way back in 91,plus screw me once its their fault screw me twice its my fault,the best i could do was keep about 20+ of my freinds from depositing.It's probably my own faultfor getting shot inwar bbbbbut its so frustrating to be hurt so bad you cant do a thing yourself about it,i hate having to rely on my freinds,it burns me up and makes them feel bad for me and the last thing i want is pity. all i can do is tell them to take my $50 and the $200 i won and go have a party and have a drink on me,i have like 1/8th of my stomache left so i cant even have a shot and a beer.

        Wait, why didn't they pay you? I have won a few times and have always been paid and pretty quick as far as most casino's go .. I have cashed out 2 times using pay2card and have had the money in my bank account within 8 days start to finish.  Pretty good since I am a US player.  I just have a problem with the "tight" play and lack of bonus fun on the games and not to mention no progressives working for the past month.  They have NEVER refused to pay and I have NEVER had to beg them to pay me either.

        username is- edhearn--I used a different name to start my account to make it harder for others  to access my account and forgot i had done it. competely my fault and an apology is in order so i am sorry.i will not be able to cashout until i update my state id and fax it in so my withdrawal is not going to be made until i do that-may take me a bit but i will come back when i do.Ive had bad experinces with alot of rtg casino's and got to a quick conclusion this time so it is not their fault.and i would not even have purchased  credits here until i found out inetbet is the sister casino to this one so i do feel a bit safer here. sorry for my confusion-good luck everyone.
