  • Hello all, about two years ago I signed up at La Riviera Casino. I played there sometimes and everything was fine. The casino seemed to be 100% legit.

    However, some weeks ago I was very lucky and I won a couple of thousands on one of my deposits. First I withdrew a part of my winnings (1500€) and this withdrawal was processed quickly. Then I tried to withdraw the rest (2000€) but this time I was not paid.

    So I asked a live support rep why I was not paid and he told me that everything is ok and that I would be paid soon. But I did not receive the money.

    So I emailed the support and then they replied that the 2000€ were voided because I violated their terms. The term they mean says one mustnt cheat. However, I did not cheat. I have got no clue what they mean by that. Maybe they simply do not like the fact that I was lucky and that I won a big amount.

    Do they have a rep on this site? Or can someone else please help me somehow? That would be nice.

    I think on most microgaming sites you can play all games, so it is unusual.

    No, they can't ask them to pay you. But they might be able to ask them to investigate your situation carefully and see if there's something that can be done.
  • thats terrible i feel for you iv had an email some few months ago from casino rewards saying congratulations i had won the sum of and i couldnt figure out why i couldnt find where to claim so i emailed, and their response like a week or so later was it was a computer glitch and sent to me by mistake. thats bullshit it had my name and my details on it. its pretty bad when that shit happens because your all excited and overwhelmed and youv got the confirmation right in front of you and then when you eventually get a response you get shot down and blamed on a computer glitch, it messes with people mentally and emotionally. i really hope you do get it straightened out

    I do not give up yet. Maybe I can still get my legit winnings.

    Admin make the decisions about warnings on casinos and it is highly unlikely that this one denial of payment will warrant a warning.  There are many factors that are taken into account when warnings are placed on casinos.

    That said, you bringing your complaint to the forum is very much appreciated as the more information LCB has on casinos, the better informed members are in making decisions on whether to play at a casino or not.

    La Riviera ignored this site just like me and therefore they would deserve to get a warning.

    Imo players should avoid this casino at all costs.

  • So nine days ago I sent an email to Patrick with all of the details of this case and seven days ago he sent me an email which said their team of risk and inspection is working on my case and as soon as they have a final word I will be updated.

    However, since then they never got back to me. So I have just sent an email to Patrick asking him to come up with a decision because imo it should not take so long.
