Laromere voids winnings on a regular basis.

I saw that they are in the top 10 casino list of LCB.com wich I think Laromere is not worth after I see allot of complaints about them. They voided my money with out a reason.

Laromere they found me a Neteller bonus abuser. I had a cash-out of €2471. I won a top prize I even was in top winners list. After verified my account, (signed form, documents, verification call) I got the message that my money had be reversed back.

After entering the chat I got the message I am being in a Neteller abuse group. This is what really frustrating me, I’ve been using Neteller for 2 years now, I’m platinum VIP and I never made any transfers with anybody. I asked for proof they wouldn’t give it to. So I would like to ask the LCB site or the Laromere rep. from this forum to enlighten my situation because I heard nothing from la romere.

And you wont hear from them,thats for sure.I had the same situation here ,they send me an email with 20 free sins on Magic Portals ,I managed toy wager the bonus come to 300 euros ,talk to chat support which they told me that i can withdraw 200euros max from nodeposit bonus from that free spins.I did send them my docuents ,they verified my account ,sent 25 euros from skrill and the next thing I got mail from them that I abuse their terms of nodeposit bonus.I did put them on The POGG but nothing,they didnt answered .There is nothing you can do or where to complaint.I only trust sites on Netent Gaming onl if they are under jurisdiction of Malta.So my advice to you forge about it and advice to all players DO NOT DEPOSIT at La Romere Casino because they have many cases lik ours .

I have used neteller here to and I don't want to have the same situation.

well fist they told me that I am "bonus abuser " and then they told me that  "security department has detected fraudulent links on my  account " so i will wait  from them ,what will they say on this forum.

im sure casino which dont want to pay winnings will find 100`s of reasons to not pay to you!

In the time I have been playing online (almost ten years), there have typically been some sites that seem to believe Neteller users are mostly made up of bonus hunters. 888 and Ladbrokes, for example, have had policies in the past prohibiting anyone depositing with the ewallet from taking part in certain promotions... Nowadays, I think some operators (e.g. Betfair) take issue with what they see as players making numerous Neteller transactions to boost their VIP status - but in that case, those sites can be excluded from contributing towards a user's ewallet transaction total.

All that being said, Laromere looks to me like a casino that simply doesn't want to pay

The rep is looking into it  - the Easter long weekend has delayed things a bit.

I feel like I am a broken record when I say, “When there are regulations placed on online gaming sites, I doubt we will read many posts such as this one.” 

Players are at the mercy of these online gaming sites.  Heaven forbid one of these sites actually takes (steals) a player’s funds, because they have no means of seeking redress for the wrong. 

There should be a disclaimer stating, “Play at your own risk!”

Ok here is an update to these two complaints and what we received from their Rep :

We were told that you were associated with a syndicate of players and their fraud department decided to close all these account and refund the players.

"Player tried to cashout €300

The Player was told that could not as the max was €200 and needed to deposit & wager once over before cashing out

Player deposited €25 and then immediately proceeded to cashout out €325 (without wagering it 1 time over) after being told of the process. This was then detected & flagged in the system before processing. Such behaviour patterns is consistent with recent trends that our Risk company has been alerted to. Within rights per Laromere’s Ts and Cs & third party Risk insight & advice, this account was locked and deposited refunded. "

Why does this happen after you win . I do not know what to say or think.

i have all the email i did made a request of 200euros so the chat told me i can withdraw 225 euros and that is the 25 euros i have deposited and here is the proof that i dont lie they dooo

and i was not told that i need to wager that money 1 time??? I am mean what is this I wagered the bonus and NOBODY told me to wager it again !

Can you please ask them to show the proof, it is impossible that I am linked to any group of players I not made any transfers with my neteller, they are lying. They can show you the proof? to the admin. I trust your fair and neutral judgement.

They are not responding anymore, without showing the proof I think these people as rough as it can get, they let you play until you win money and then they don't give it back.

p.s I got 400x my bet with 5 euro's t if you win so big they wont pay you beware.

I got once like 20 free spins on reel rush with 2,50 bet made like 50 euros.
