RESOLVED: Limoplay casino accepting USA sign ups - shady!!

      about a month ago.... i came across a casino called Limoplay casino. i wasnt sure if they accepted USA players. contacted live chat.... i was told that it was ok for me to sign up and wager in real as long as i play only  in bitcoins. since then ... i have made 8 deposits of btc in various amounts. lost on every deposit . everything seems fine until today....i happen to find this in there terms and condition:    If you are a player from the US or any of its states, or UK, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins.
          so i got on live chat and asked .... do you accept usa players. live support said ...NO. i was confused and asked support... then why was i told it was ok to play in real with only bitcoins. basically to make this short.... LIMOPLAY CASINO  allowed me to deposit and continue depositing knowning that i wasnt allowed to play there and that i would never be able to cash out if i had won.

I'm really sorry you are facing this frustrating situation. As far as I can see from the review the USA is not allowed to play at Limo Play casino.

Still, I'm going to contact the casino rep and ask him whether your country is allowed or nor and forward your situation as well.

Normally a casino won't let you sign up if US players are not accepted.  Why would they let you sign up and deposit if you would not be able to withdraw?  That is totally rogue.  You should demand that they return your deposits.

i understand that its my fault that i didnt completely read thru the terms and condition but  when your told by one of there  reps that its ok  for me to play there,why would anyone second doubt for? as you can read in the chat, they say im responsible for my own action and that they bare no kind of responsibility in this. i asked if it states in the term that usa will be NOT allowed to wager in real including bitcoins. i simply asked....then  why was i allowed to play in real with bitcoins? why accept my deposits of btc? and then on the spot..... CS decides to change the terms and condition and say i could withdraw if i wanted to...wth? WTH... is up with this casino!

I have been in a similar situation with other casinos. I remember with one casino specifically, I was told that I can play there as far as I dn't break government rules (in my country most casinos are blocked and I use a proxy to access them). So I registered at that site (let's call them Casino Y). Few days after my convo with live chat, I tried to access my casino account and it was blocked, apparently cause government doesn't allow gambling. The point of me saying this is protect yourself and don't play there anymore so you don't place yourself in jeopardy

CS made a mistake by telling you they were allowed to play.

I believe they would have processed your withdraw had you requested one.

They told you they would have processed your withdraw had you made one.

I am sorry that you have negative experience in our casino.

First of all - US customers not accepted. But we have no automatic tool to block them, also actually you can sign up with VPN and play with bitcoins - we will not be able to find out that you from US.

I would like to say only one thing - We are not thieves. No way, and calling us 'thieves' is not good at all. We never stolen any customer money, or anything like that.

Like Finallyfinally said - if it happens you win - your winnings will be paid in full and without questions.

Right now you just lost your deposit and calling us thieves...Because you lose. It's not honest.

Please PM me your email address in casino and I'll close your account. This is only way possible to finish our relationships.

There is no case for refund or something like this, because you simply lost your money playing casino games. If you win with this money - your winnings will be paid.
