    My complaint it about Lincoln Casino.  I didn't know this casino even existed until I checked the members only area in the LCB casino forum.  I saw that a Liberty Slots and Lincoln Freeroll World Cup Tournament was being offered to LCB members.

    I was a customer a long time ago at Liberty Slots but like I mentioned I had no knowledge about this Lincoln Casino.  So I clicked on the link that was available in the tournament announcement.  I was taken to the Lincoln Casino web page where I downloaded the casino from.  I installed the software and registered for a real money account.

    After registering for my account, I went to the cashier to redeem the code for the no deposit $15.00 that was offered.  I received a message staying that I was not eligible for the promotion.  So I then contacted customer service through live chat.

    I spoke with a gentleman named Martin and I gave him the code for the $15.00 no deposit bonus and asked how was I to go about getting the bonus.  He told me to do what I had already tried in the casino cashier.  I explained that I had already done that and that I had received the message about not being eligible.

    He told me that I hadn’t used an official affiliate link or the system would have credited my account immediately.  So, I then asked, “so LCB is not an official affiliate?”  I couldn’t get a response from the gentleman.  So, with that I just asked if I could receive a transcript of the current chat session?  He said, he would email it to me.  I thanked him for his help and said, Bye.

    I truly don’t know how they could say I didn't use an official affiliate link?  LCB is the only way I got to the Lincoln Casino’s site, because as I mentioned earlier, I had no clue this casino was out there.  I know it is only $15.00, but if I am having a problem from the start with this, what other problems might possibly be ahead on down the road? 

    This just leaves me very, very, leery about this casino.  I sure hope this can get straightened out because there aren't that many casinos that U.S. players are welcomed at.  Not to mention the problems with play through requirements, satisfying document requests, breaking some new no deposit rule, and last but NOT least, trying to make a withdrawal that U.S. players seem to constantly encounter.  I sincerely hope that Lincoln Casino can really be a reputable and reliable casino for U.S. players, like me!

    Oh, and as soon as I receive a copy of the chat session I requested, I will post it, if needed.

    I signed up for this freebie too and whilst it wasn't in my account at first, it did arrive after a day or so.  I assume that you've checked your account since you posted.

    The only thing that would prevent you from being linked to LCB is if you have clicked a link to this casino when searching on google and  the cookie set in your browser has linked you to another affiliate.

    I don't think there is much, if anything you can do about it short of closing your account, clearing your cookies and re-signing up through LCB.  I don't advise this action though; it's not really the best way forward as it still may not work and the casino may frown upon this.

    Thank-you for getting back to me.  Yes I checked my account and there was no money$.  Thank-you also for the information about the cookies.  It makes total sense and I didn't clear my browser cache, so that is most likely the problem.  I'm just a bit disappointed because I won't be eligible for any future LCB tourneys or events at Lincoln.

    I have downloaded all of the casino's software I play at from LCB.  Purely selfish, I must admit, because y'all offer us members a lot of different goodies at them.  I am just going to have to remember that I can't play at Lincoln.  I will however, remember your information regarding cookies and clear them before downloading any software programs in the future.
