        It was a joke i recieve 15€ of no deposit bonus .. 1. I wagger all the bonus and realesed it
        2. I send them all the documents they needed .. 3. documents were accepted .. 4. I deposit the ammount of money they wanted .. 5. next day they reversed my withdraw and took all the money inculding the money i deposit .. 6. I cannot contact live support no more or they dont answer on my mails ... for me this is a scam and low punch for a players its a act of stealing not just bonus but your money too how can a casino took away your deposit money not even say anything on mail .. only 3 mails i got from them is 1. your documents were accepted 2. your withdraw is proccessed 3. we reverse your withdraw ... Its a joke and now i lost even my money so beware of Lion Slots Casino

        Beware of rogue casinos like that. I kept depositing at Plenty Jackpots because I was offered great bonuses and the offer was no playthrough. I kept depositing until I got lucky and won...I've been asking for my payout of $700 since February. I was told when I win, it takes 7-10 business days to release payouts. When I did my research, there are more players who didn't get paid more than I did. A lot of these casinos are not as reputable as the ones I played in the early and mid '90s when I didn't have to do my research and they all paid me. Do your research especially if it sounds too good to be true. I didn't get paid from 2-3 casinos...over 1,000.

        Thank you Melcb I still didnt fix anything, i dont recieve answer and i waited for like 25minutes in line on live chat and nobody answered I kinda lose all hope to be fixed but lets see

        Just an update from the casino regarding you winnings. The rep said the following:

        "The player had multiple accounts at the casino and had already played sign up promotions.  Winnings will only be paid to players having one account per household, computer, IP address..

        Because of that, the winnings were void but we did return the player's deposit."

        baha what a joke .. I only made one profile with my adress and everything but I got brother who also is trying no deposit bonuses but he is at home we are at different locations different IP .. I know what botter them because even thought I live on other adress I still got all important documents on adress with parents thats why I couldnt enter new adress because nothing on passport would show that adress since is still registrer on my old one with parents but I can send them bills and IP adresses are not the same cant be ..

        I am not sure what more we can do to help you. The rep has said that the security team found two accounts  that have nearly identical logins (one letter different) and registered with the same exact address in Slovenia.

        They said your deposit was refunded back to you.

        I would stay away from the casino for future. Sorry we were unable to help you further with this matter, we can only go on what evidence the casino gives us.

        Of course addresses are the same and nicknames are similiar because when you are entering your name and surname it just pops out rest alone what nickname you can have of course you can change it if you want but since our surnames are same too of course will be lot of similarity and yes at least 25€ went back to me thanks for that i recieve them .. but i will contact the casino again and send them scanned proof of living on another addres but documents regirstrered still on the old one
