So this is kind of odd but I've decided to finally try and resolve this issue.
About 18 months ago....or longer...my cousin and I were playing Jetbull. The account is under his name and he deposited...I just kind of played with him lol. Long story short he hit a nice little jackpot and wanted to withdraw his money (900$) or so. After what seemed to be weeks of sending in documentation and whatnot, the rude staff finally attempted to send his money to his bank account. Unfortunately the bank account declined the money, which is the dumbest thing i've ever heard of, and it went back into the jetbull account. They then claimed upon receiving the money back that it was his second account and that was that....he was locked out and now gets the message "The login failed. Your user account is blocked.
If you are a self excluded user you can contact support for withdrawing money". Now this is frustrating because he does not recall having an account prior...and IF he did he definitely did not use it at all. Why would they send the money THEN lock him out after it failed?
I realize its really late but any help for my cousin and myself would be GREATLY appreciated. I didn't know where else to go and I know this forum for awhile now and its really amazing how much help you guys all provide.
