        Hi everyone.  I hate to sound like a broken record but I've been depositing at SunPalace again  :o {its 1 of only 2 places I can deposit at anymore  :(    I asked them to please look into why the last 3 deposits each with bonus's, each with approximately 350-400 spins and no bonus rounds!   I even deposited again while waiting for an answer. Finally tonight I get this e-mail.  If only I could acquire a cashout  :o         These guys must be laughing their butt off at the people of the USA.     I told them to close my account for the last time and to lay off the drugs.   Thanks for listening everyone

        Hi, just wanted to show/warn everyone about how bad some casino's are getting.  I am reposting from the other section just as a reference. I know that we can't always believe what every player says against a casino but I wanted to come back here and show my history and how this casino is lying so badly thru their teeth.    Luckily that didn't even honor my request to close my account!  Otherwise i couldn't go in and get my history.  Where in 5 pages of History did I request a cashout?  I would think maybe they have me mixed up with someone else but they trulely over and over have made me feel like they don't like my money,  No more complaints I promise I just want to warn ,  thank you all

        I find MSC to be one of the better groups. And the ONLY group of RTG casinos I would play at. Their promotion sucks. Its the same each week. There games can be a bit tight at time. I have a problem more so with their table games then slots. Overall though RTG gets a D- from me. I really hate that software. I'll blow about $50 a month now. I used to do $2000+ but I wised up.

        Thanks for replying chocolateman.  I don't know whats wrong with these casinos anymore.  If I would of at least got some free spins to play 30  minutes of entertainment I would of ran out and put more money into my account.  5-10 minutes {literally!} for 20$ is just too expensive for me

        VCO sent me a payout for 1k in 4 days flat about a month ago.  I have no complaints about them on the payout end, but their CS rep Lars is a real @SS!!!!

        misskitty its RTG as a whole. That software isn't right. I can play table bj and see same similar patterns over and over. In slots watch for a "bunch" of 4 of a kind on a pay line. It doesn't have to be winners example XAAAA or AXAAA, etc. You pretty much WON'T get a bonus round UNTIL a 5 of a kind lines up. Test it for yourself. It's pretty much like clock work.
