        I see that the Rep replied to you yesterday and that their accounting is looking into it with the processor.

        I assume because it is the New Year's Eve that things won't be resolved until after the Holidays, which I know sucks.

        I would advise you to be patient as Im sure they will sort this out.

        I don't think you know how much this really sucks.  With all due respect, Zuga. I just want what anyone else would want in my situation.  So around the holidays, the processor has minimal staff.........so what. All it takes is 1 person to look into it.  Its not nuclear science to find out what happened to a returned check. Cmon. They make it sound like its a big, complex situation to contact the processor for info.  All it takes is a phone call to the bank. That's it! I'm sorry but I just feel like they don't care this happened. I just want it to be made right. Wouldn't you?

        I suggest you use ECOPAYZ.COM it's great way to get your withdraw.
        You register, send your doc, order a prepaid card, deposit using your bank card and voila !
        Went you use this deposit method you can withdraw with Ecocard, payment take 3 day's to get to your account
        I was able to withdraw few time with it LOVE IT ! Plus they send you a NIP by mail, so you can use it at any ATM.

        If your first inquiry into this issue was on 12.24 i can see there would be a bit of a delay with the holiday. But they had a week after Christmas before New Years to look into it. I agree with you drunab entirely too long with no results.

        Please keep us updated and hopefully the rep will push it along.

        ECOPAYZ isn't available for usa players casino withdrawals. Other countries? Yes USA? NO!!!

        This matter has been resolved.  MG transfer quick and easy.  If this payment option was available permanently, I would play there all the time.  Until then, who knows.  10 days for an ACH transfer is too long IMO.  Thanks every1 for the support and help to get this issue resolved.
