After reading all these negative comments, I am wondering if my complaint is going to fall on deaf ears.
My only consolation is that I'm posting this at LCB.
Well, with that said, I made a deposit a little more than a month ago, over the weekend, Friday or Saturday, played, lost and went back to work on Monday.
On Tuesday, I remembered the deposit I made with NO bonus and I went to live chat to retrieve my 25% cash back. I was told that cash back is only good for 48 hours after the deposit and I unable to claim it at
this point because several days had gone by.
I searched the t&c's endlessly and couldn't find a time limit on cash back on a deposit with no bonus attached.
If you don't want to give cashback then don't and if you want it to be time sensitive then put it in your
t&c's so it will be clear.
I would like some verification on this please. I have not made another deposit since this incident.
