      Disgusting support from Mr Green Casino. Especially from Hans.
      Issues with their mobile withdrawal options and resetting password. Major system issues!
      No replies via email  regarding this issue and chat system apparently down two days ago for a few hours causing me to play back my winnings due to frustration and disgust and no option to withdraw on mobile besides Bank wire transfer. I deposit with neteller but no options for this.
      Management apparently not available on weekends...and was told to wait until Monday.
      Asked for a bonus due to all of these issues none of which were my fault.
      Got threatened by Hans on chat, saying if I ask for s free bonus again he would lock my account for 24 hours!!! Asked him about a promotion I received when signing up and he mentioned it expired and I was just trying to get a bonus. He told me there and then that for this my account is now locked. Explained that I'm a player depositing at the casino and have had major issues which have not.been rectified and I'm entitled to ask about bonuses free spins and promos. He disregarded this and locked MY account. I'm bitter and beyond angry and prepared to close my account. I'm disgusted...!!!! Service has gone out the window! I emailed them a few hours later demanding my account be unlocked as I wanted to deposit. I was bluntly told no and had to wait 24 hours. Am I a kid here who's been placed under punishment!!!! I can't explain how disgusted and angry I feel. Could someone please guide me to a manager in charge and review the chats and emails to fully see how I've been treated. Please send me details of who to speak to.

      Sorry for the late post. I've had a tragic death in my family.
      Yes indeed all has been organized and resolved, thank you very much.
      I spoke to a lovely person working at Mr Green as a team leader (George). He was amazing.
      Even though I had a bad run with the free spins and bonus due to me, he was great and
      Very understanding.
