My first scam ever at Casino Titan

        So I won a jackpot last week on a deposit at Casino Titan, went through the playthrough, and requested a withdrawal.

        Today I wake up, my account is closed, no one will tell me anything, and they have NO excuse as to why they've done this. They refuse to tell me anything, making it obvious they're just stealing my win.

        I demand a response from Casino Titan, and I can't wait to hear how hysterical it is. You guys have NO excuses.

        please refrain from any type of threats as it is not only counterproductive but it is also something that LCB do not allow in terms of our boards being abused in such way.

        Please mind we have nothing against players/you posting complaints and we endorse transparency and it is why we have this section and casino representatives who are here for the sake of players.

        clara.hans have asked you to private message her so I strongly advise you to do exactly that so she can look into it.

        Please also mind that I am not siding with anyone here, as we still need to look at all the facts and Im sure they will be provided by both sides and that this complaint will be resolved to everyone's pleasure.

        Phoenix, you working at the better business bureau has nothing to do with the online casino in a foreign country.  Secondly thinking your going to revoke a license is not going to happen. They can get away with anything you want. 

        I understand emotions can get the best of us, but you need to handle this in a calm manner, not only to get the issue resolved, but to make certain they are the ass and not yourself.

        If you have not done anything wrong there is a good chance you do get paid and they will be the one with egg on their face.

        How this going so far?  Are they out of business yet? Did you get anyone fired? 

        @Clara, how long does it take to get the reason the account is closed?  They should have the answer immediately, unless they did close without a reason and now searching for an excuse.

        Hi Phoenix,

        After speaking with the casino, we were informed that while running standard security procedures for your account, they discovered you had a transaction related issue with one of their credit card merchant for another casino.  The issue was flagged as a high security  risk and as a result, your account was closed and your deposit was reimbursed. We do not have any other information regarding the issue, as due to privacy concerns, the merchant is not allowed to release the name of the other company they work with or the details of the issue.

        Regarding the situation with the representative, Larry, we have handled this from our end he has been reprimanded to the degree necessary for his infraction.
