  • Just wanted to voice some frustration here.  I've played the CW casinos for quite some time now.  Never had issues with them at all for both deposits and withdraw requests.  Matter of fact, they have been prompt on withdraw requests in general.  The last withdraw I made, they want me to have a card verified that I haven't used in quite some time by sending them scanned copies of it.  No problem with this but why didn't they ask me to verify the last couple of times I requested a withdraw?  I sent them pics but blurred out the middle portion of the CC number.  They came back to me and said I need to rescan and send with out editing on my PC.  Told me to use something like a piece of paper to cover the portion I want to block.  I've always sent my info this way.  Why the issue now?  Stall tactic?  Have I been flagged for some reason?  A bit frustrated in general.  Never had a problem before.  >:(

  • I hate this group! I've never been able to collect, I have asked dozens of documents and scanning was never quite clear, they even wanted a photo ID in my hand! I will never play more from them! It happened to me with lucky red and hightnoon.

    just do what they asked you to, I am sure it was done for a reason. Every casino has security meassures , and as long as you follow them you should be fine.

  • I don't quite understand why they will randomly ask that from some players. If you have had a lot of cash-outs or won a Jackpot those are the ones i wonder if they are targeted more.

    I have to say my frustration with this group lately is the lack of creative Bonuses that are no longer offered. They are all standard bonuses that are the same for every day of the week that continue for every single week now.

    I know Lucky Red had changed the design of whole casino lobby some time back and have went back to the original design. Since that time certain things aren't working like the Jackpot amount for each game, the message box does not show if there are any in your in box and Aztec's Treasure slot that is featured along the right hand side does not open when clicking on the image.

    As far as processing payouts they are still tops in my book. I just hope they iron some of the bugs they have now.........its been going on for too long and bring back some creative promotional offers.

    Although the verification process can be a bit of a pain in the backside, it is there for a reason. We are the first to admit that we are thorough with our checks, but stalling tactics are not something we promote. We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours, and usually the funds are with you in a couple of days.

    @destro33 - could you please Direct Mail me with your username and casino and I will look in to your case and try to speed things up.  smiley

    Thanks for assisting.  I can certainly understand security checks and being thorough and I have no issues with that.  I did get an email from the cashier a few hours ago stating my account has been updated accordingly and my request will be approved as soon as possible. I also got an email from support a few minutes ago stating my request has been authorized and I'll be getting another email once its sent.

    I like the group too and it is one I am loyal. 

    1.  I agree with you wholeheartedly about the promotions.  I get emails that say 'out of this world bonus' and it is the same 65%.  I generally don't take bonuses at all.  The great thing with this group is if you don't take a deposit and lose, they will give you a free chip with 10X cashout of the free chip. I don't know other casinos that do that.

    2.  If you are a VIP, I am, I have to deposit an ungodly amount to get the VIP free chip that is supposed to be given every week.  They don't honor that.  Only give if you deposit over and over and over in the week.  If I only deposit 2 times in a week, I guess I am no longer VIP. Confusing.

  • Sorry, forgot to post an update.  I did receive my withdraw on Aug 28th which is the standard 5 business days.  All is well now.
