      I made a deposit here 6 days ago in their casino of £25. I read through all of the terms and conditions before depositing and liked the look of them. During deposit I entered the code which is stated on their promotions page 'gbet100' and paid through moneybookers, however I did not receive an bonus it only showed the money I deposited and with no live help I wasn't really happy. I emailed them straight away and have been fobbed off for two days saying they couldn't contact the prerson responsible for bonuses then received an email yesterday saying sorry but I could not get the bonus. No explanation nothing. I have replied with a complaint which has apparently been sent to the manager...I followed everything they said and by their t&cs I should be eligible for the bonus. I did not receive a reply the next day so just sent a polite email asking for an update. No reply again so I sent a third email asking why I haven't received a response. No reply. My fourth email was not so pleasant. I have attached a copy of our fourth conversation.

      This is the final reply I just received from them:

      Hello Sharon,

      We apologize for the inconvenience and the delayed answer.
      We have received an asnwer from our technical team. They stated that all Casino bonuses in GEObet are working properly and there are no techical issues with our system.
      Since you were not given the bonus, they assumed that you have not used the bonus code.
      Unfortunately, it is impossbile to issue the bonus manually due to several technical restrictions.

      I am disgusted how can I be punished for them receiving technical issues. I was entitled to the 100% and believe they are in breach if their terms and conditions. Please can u help me LCB

      Hallelujah...I just received an email now saying the £25 has been credited to my account!!

      Even though my problem has been resolved...it took way too long and it seems their email support need more training on the regulations of their casino as one says one thing and another says completely opposite.

      If u deposit here...I would proceed with caution. But on saying it too even though it took 6 days till a resolution whenever I sent them an email I would get some sort of response within a hour or two so I have to applaud them on this.

      I guess this means complaint closed...just the mention of your name..."latest casino bonuses" scared them enough to just admit defeat and credit me what was due lol.
