i redeemed 500 chip from lcb. prior to redeem i contacted support they said i could redeem and if i make playthrough requirement i could withdraw 250 max. well i did on oct 15. put in my request. uploaded paperwork. got automated response and nothing else. put in another request oct 20. still waiting. i contacted support twice and they gave the below answer. i explained that i dont want them to access the accounting ticket i wanted to know who i could contact to get help. she stopped answering me. Great not customer service. please help.

Due to security all matters concerning your payout request must be addressed directly to the Accounting Department. The Support staff has no access to your request. If you have already created a ticket to Accounting you will receive a response within 1 to 3 business days.
