  • This casino and others within its group and sister's group are full of slow and non payment complaints over at AG forum.

  • Yeah...But you should see all the complaints over at AG. Nearly 2 pages are nothing but complaints about this group, and this has been going on for over a year.

    Yesh, yeah I can believe it. Thats why the warnings remain for this groups brands.

    Our focus is our members and making sure they handle the compaints quickly and efficiently here at LCB. Hopefully AG can get some progress with the complaints that side.

    The request for additional documents is only one way to take time and not pay.

    This behaviour, this way of doing could have (dishonestly) valid in carrier pigeon times...now opinions run faster than thoughts.

     

     

     

  • This casino does state their withdrawal weekly limits and pending times and withdrawal times quite clearly. Yes they are longer than some casino's but hey, they have fricken great bonus's to really counteract that. I mean, a bonus of like 300% with no wagering!!!! You really cannot beat their bonuses, but the downside is slower payment. Now wouldn't it be great to see a casino with 24 hour withdrawals and those types of bonuses! Don't think it will happen. Seems to be one or the other. I won quite a bit and was paid weekly with no drama or contact and was paid the withdrawal weekly limit amount and eventually paid in full and had not one issue. It was over $40K and also Captain Jack, I had the same experience and was paid quicker a lot of times than what is stated in their terms. In one way, it was nice to get another $2500K a week, well it was approx $5K when I had both paying me at the same time. Was very nice indeed.  Don't panic, I'm sure you will get paid. And yes, there are lots of "complaints" about their payment times, but really, people need to read each casinos T & C's and then a lot of the complaints would not be there from what I read. Of course, some are legitimate and need a mediator to oversee, but sooo many are from lack of knowledge of the casino's terms.

    Unfortunately, I am still waiting for Barbara's reply. The Finance team is not able to proceed with payments without the required and verified documents and the information needed for the payment method the player would like us to use in order to send her/him the winnings. These rules are stated in each of our casino sites and are not something we invented to slow payments , but information which is required from us in front of the legal authorities - statutory requirement from banks.

  • Excuse me ElenaN but you couldn't require this documents at the time of registration before the first deposit?

    Cause I've noticed that there's no problem until a player ask to be paid.

    If the real issues is the respect of the legality you should act in advance, do you agree with?

     

     

  • Very frustrating trying to get paid from Planet 7. I do want to thank Melissa from LCB for helping me. After she contacted them they finally replied via email and of course wanted more documents. I corresponded with Elena and I sent them everything they needed. My payout was approved this past week and now just waiting to see if it shows up in my bank. My cashout was from December 6th! I'm happy for Kaz2305 that she didn't have any problems. I will not chance it again. Thank you LCB, I will post when I actually receive the monies. 

  • I see this message from Elena was on Jan 12th. I had replied to them on Jan 7th with all the info. Each time she wrote I responded. The payout was approved on the 11th. Why this was written on the 12th that she was waiting for me to respond I have no idea.

  • Yes @eeyorejdl received the money. She didn't post here although we asked her to do so but here is the message she sent me: 

    Hi Melissa - YES - finally the money was put in my bank YESTERDAY, Jan. 18th. Thank you so much for your help, I probably would have never received it without you. It took from December 6th until Jan 18th. I will not recommend this casino to anyone, they don't even answer emails or communicate in any way. Of all the casinos I've played over the years never has it taken this long to get a withdrawal.  Thanks again!
