        i used an old card(card A)  to deposit, then deposited obviously with a new card (call it card B) it was lost now betat.com is asking me to prove it was my card when its in a dumpster already decomposing by this time somewhere in the uk,

        then they , agents called a certain  pers and a vassiliki and pers has asked for the 1st time in 12 years of gaming for a lost/blocked card and prove its mine!!!!?? what???

        i advise lcb bonus members to be beware of all their restrictions and heed caution playing here all i got is headaches and non proportional request for getting my won funds, and its only 80 pounds!!! not 80k pounds!!

        im just frustrated and dont know what to do Im told i need to write my bank, wait now for a letter saying  card A was my card though its been deleted from betats payment system and long not used????

        I understand fraud re stolen card attempted usage etc but for a banker this is too much!! or am i being mad???

        Hey Pat welcome to LCB.  I always snap a photo of front and back of every single pre-paid debit card I own.  I only use them to play online, and only load them with what I am using on that particular 24-48 hours or so.  That way if the cards get lost or if they are a 'toss and dump' card at least I have proof for the casinos.  Also, try using Paste and Pay (Ezvoucher) instead for deposits if your casino offers them.  Just a tip, sorry about your hassles.

        There could be several reasons the casino has asked for your previous card and its details. As I'm not aware of the particulars of your case I'm afraid I can't comment directly concerning their request, however, fif you pm me your casino acct name/email I'd certainly be happy to look into this for you.

        Addtionally, it's always best to try to reach out via pm in these matters as threads could slip by without noticing, or pm flagging me to the thread.

        actually BETAT is very good and reputable casino, so all i can suggest to u- go to ur bank and ask verification that card was your! i think it is very easy, for example i can find in my online banking deals with my card (and also card number), so i can make a screenshot with all info! or get statement where is ur name and deposit to the Betat casino!
        i agree with jodiisgreat- i always take a photos even from paysafecard!

        I live in the USA and can not play at the casino but i have read nothing but good thing about them. I am sure it will all work out and gl smiley.

        Oh and always make sure you sign the back before you take the pic most every casino requires you do.

        HI THANKS FOR AL  RE  sanchya why would a bank post card numbers in your statements? being a banker thats it your a trove for fraud...in the uk this is not  the case.

        Im gutted all and have escalated this matter to Malta LGA, most seem to enjoy Betat thats ok Im just warning all what happened...after they said OK and I complied fully they are now asking about another issue, i asked a Michael supervisor why a nice agent lhasa this morning confirmed the withdrawal is ok only to be frozen again,,...i had enough in fact I might stop gambling all together.

        My mate a hi roller in Vegas died last month because he lost a mil pounds and he was only 47 God bless him, Im just saying casinos are quick to gobble people s lives but fail miserably such as my small case re paying dutifully and ethically, plus i have a family member who is VP of Maryland live in Baltimore, we dont see eye to eye because I told her how many lives has she destroyed

        actually statement is only for you and there is no fraud, if you need it for someone else then u should  delete all other info...

        I'm afraid not Zuga.
        I've managed to track the case however through assorted details here.and it is the casino's decision to stand by our (what we believe to be) reasonable request, as some serious issues have been raised from a security standpoint.
        As the player has opted to elevate the case to the LGA, my hands are unfortunately tied at this point.
