  • I have created for the first time an account and I used the 25 euro no deposit and deposited 1 euro. I won 150 euros.
    I requested a withdrawal of 150 euros and I sent for my verification documents.
    after 24 hours I am surprised by the casino an email informing me that my withdrawal  was canceled and my account is closed :

    Our systems have detected that multiple accounts have been created from your computer, your e-mail address or your personal data.

    The terms and conditions of the Casino does not allow the creation of more than one real account for each family unit, personal computer or e-mail address. This is necessary to reduce exposure to losses from the casino online.

    Therefore, following a breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Casino, your account has been closed permanently, your winnings are null and were confiscated.

  • I contacted Live chat and ask to provide proof that I created several accounts or provide me the numbers of accounts that I created from my computer or my email address, but the officer refused and answers:
    'I asked the supervisor, but unfortunately  we are not able to provide you more information about this closure'.
    I sent several emails to the casino to give me evidence or provide me the accounts created from my computer but I have not received a response

    I'm sure I have one account Quatro Casino, I never creates more than one account.
    If I have other accounts why they do not want to provide at least one account numbers.
    When a judge sentences a person is with evidence, and every accused has the right to be informed of the evidence.

  • Maybe this casino belongs to a group and they don't allow to have multiple accounts for their FAMILY ? You know what I mean...what I find incredibly lame is that they do NOT  provide any more information or evidence.

    The casino will provide evidence to eCogra. If the player is indeed correct and only has one account, eCogra will rule in his favour.

    There is no rule against having an account at each individual casino. You cannot have more than one account at the SAME casino:

    1.All promotions can only be claimed once per computer, mobile device, person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school. Any winnings associated with a bonus being claimed more than once will be confiscated and the casino account locked.

    As I said, the casino has strong evidence to prove this rule has been broken. Darkwin if you are confident that you did not break this rule, go to eCogra so they can see the evidence.

    Internal security and fraud checking policies are confidential for a reason. If we told everyone how they were caught it would defeat the purpose of having them.

  • I spent a great time browsing the net to looked for complaints against quatro casino in particular and in general rewards casino group and I found that several players have problems like me with this group. I will not post these links as are prohibited to post affiliate links.
    I found the casino rewards group does not seek to settle the problems of players, if a player wins with 1 euro deposit his account is closed and its withdrawal canceled for multiple accounts creation.
    it is necessary that all the members and the administrators of this forum know that I have an account quatro casino and I never creates other accounts,
    I'm the only one who uses my computer, no one else can use my computer because I live alone with my mother who do not even know what a computer is.

    before I had a hope that my problem can be solved with the casino, but when I browsed
    the website I lost hope, I found that this casino practice the law of the strongest.
    I do not understand we are millions on earth play casinos online sites to earn some money.
    but when there are problems with online casinos that do what they want, we find no that can help us.

  • Quatro Casino is part of the casino rewards group, I have three accounts at casino rewards group : Quatro Casino, Luxury Casino and Nostalgia Casino.

  • It's easy to check,go to casinorewards official website,login with your username,if you do not know the password you can retrieve it by clicking the "forgot password option".If you have two accounts on quatrocasino they will be visible for sure.Have a nice day and good luck!.

    I did what you advised me to do and I found that I have only  two accounts : Luxury Casino and Nostalgia Casino, the 3rd Quatro account Casino  was closed.

  • And which of the two was the Quatro Account you were aware of ? QrealV0027520113 or QrealM0166330602. They should give you an evidence that BOTH are yours AND whether it was the same IP or e-mail adress, or personal data ! This is not something which would cost a lot of work or time.

    What I don't like is, that some casinos let you make a deposit, but once you claim your withdrawal or payout, they are blocking you. Why don't they install a block system during registration, I have seen that actually (like 'your email adress already exists') already.

    I assure you that this casino is not serious, it gives no importance to the players,  they invent things for not paying.
    I swear I've never creates more than one casino account, and I am not stupid to create three casino accounts with the same address and same phone number.

    Since I am sure that I never creates more than one Quatro Casino Account , if the casino does not reopen my account and does not validate my withdrawal, I will convey my problem  and warn as many people as the true nature of this site that poses as a serious and secure site....

    It is so nice to read when players really do get their problems solved.  So often it is the other way around and frustrating to say the least.
