    Dean has been doing all he can, but the processor won't send him the SWIFT receipts, which is add if the wires were truly sent. As I would be able to handle the wire tracing via my bank instead of bothering RBC

    Dean did check in today to see if I got any money, but I did not. This past Monday I did receive the standard PAYOUT PROCESSED email RBC sends for all 3 payouts, That used to mean funds woudl show up in the next 2-3 hours but not the case anymore.

    Keeping my fingers crossed that I get my winnings tomorrow or Friday cause Dean is leaving Raging Bull and his last day is this Friday.

    I feel so relieved as this was so exhausting to deal with.

    I want to see if this happens again at RBC....and lucky me I won $400 an hour ago and already requested a withdrawal. Hopefully this time the process is smooth because this was a real pain in the neck to deal with.

    It is the worst feeling as a player to be jerked around when it comes to withdrawals at online casinos. Literally, I was sick to my stomach even though Raging Bull seems to want to pay players fairly.

    The industry has such a horrible reputation regarding screwing players out of winnings any way possible that unfortunately, players like myself, are always ready for the worst. I have been through hell in the past and lost winnings completely unfairly because I was so naive to the tactics online casinos use.

    Raging Bull Casino did come thorough in the end, but that is their job.

    As my grandma used to tell me, "Don't convince yourself that that you're getting a full and satisfying meal, when instead, you really are settling for crumbs."

    Meaning that just because so many online casinos don't pay players and cheat them out of their winnings doesn't mean that we should be grateful when the decent ones do. It is why we play, and it is their business to take our deposits and pay us out winnings.

    I will keep you posted if this EVER happens again at Raging Bull.

    Not really a good test if your announcing what you are doing in public.  Very easy for rep to see and influence process.

    Ok....I have played at Raging Bull for almost 2 years and this withdrawing issue only happened the two times in my complaint. I eventually did get my winnings, and the reason I still play at Raging Bull Casino is because I have been assured it will not happen again.

    So after this incident was resolved, I decided to test RBC so I deposited and won a little immediately. I withdrew the money right away and the funds were in my account in less than 48 hours.

    I never once said Raging Bull Casino was rouge, I simply said that their current behavior reminded me of such.

    I CLEARLY said that Raging Bull Casino has been stellar, timely and consistent with payouts since I joined them more than 18-20 months ago. Hence my concern for the sudden change in payment process.

    I apologize for getting a little deep with my Grandma's quote, but I just went through a breakup so maybe it was spilling onto this thread a tad. My bad......did not mean for anyone to take offense to it or anything.  woo worried thumbs_down

    I am not a bonus player, as I never deposit with bonuses attached because the tendency to run into issues seems to be greater if you win. Plus you have to play forever to reach bonus requirement and I find it tedious.

    So the payout after the awful one came so fast it was nuts, 48 hours and the funds were in my account.

    I happened to win a little money this past Monday, and want to see what will happen. I requested a withdrawal two-days ago and it is still in "requested" status in the cashier. I hope that the quick payout was not an attepmt to remedy the disastrous one prior.

    I will keep you posted in this thread about this payout and see if Raging Bull keeps to their word.

    There have been some changes at RBC lately that are definitely NOT in the players favor.

    For example....I tried to redeem my COMP POINTS just now, and minimum used to be 100 points and it got raised to 1000 points minimum.

    That is fine to raise the COMP POINTS redemption limit...but when I went to redeem 1646 comp points, I was rejected. I got on LIVE CHAT to ask what was going on as I was above the new limit. Here is my LIVE CHAT:

    I noticed on deposits their processor or rb is taking extra ,,more then they used to, seems any rtg casino is putting to the players .maybe we should all cut way back on DEPOSITS and put it back to them

    Thank-you very much for y'all's input.  I used to deposit and play a lot at RB but not anymore!

    I'm sorry for all the hassles y'all had to go through!  I just wonder why such a great place to play has to go and mess it up!  I wouldn't think it would be that they weren't making money but, I have been known to be wrong! 

    It's just sad because there are so few casinos (honest-creditable) for U.S. players to play at and feel safe about their money.  Oh well, I guess another one bites the dust!

    Hey Lucky,  that's a good idea about a new thread, but I don't have the energy to do it.  I'm chronically ill and it takes all the energy I have to post the few responses I do.  Sorry.  I will still be watching and adding info when I get it.  I'm not going to deposit at either of these casinos again, tho, unless they turn their downhill slide around.

    My cashout was rejected by Raging Bull, due to excessive freebies since my last deposit, and I can't blame them for that.

    RBC has been great with payouts since my issue, so I am hopeful that they will resolve your withdrawal. Congrats on winning such a HUGE sum that is exciting, as my amount was for only for shy of $1000 so that might be the biggest issue.

THEY PAID ME FOR 6 MONTHS THEN COMPLETELY STOPPED STILL OWING ME 8,750.00 WHICH DEAN HAS PROMISED THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED TO ME THE LATESTED BY TODAY 4/22/16 AND STILL '"NO" MONEY. MY SECOND SON JUST DIED 3 DAYS AGO AND I CANT HANDLE ANYMORE BACK AND FORTH EMAILS BETWEEN ME, RAGING BULL, AND DEAN. I HAVE TRIED TO BE AS PATIENT AS I CAN BUT I AM DONE GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THEY LEAVE ME NO OPTION BUT TO CHARGE BACK AND IF THIS IS THE CASE OF ME HAVING TO GO THROUGH ALL KINDS OF PAPER WORK WHEN I AM GOING THROUGH THE DARKEST DAYS OF MY LIFE, CHARGE BACKS WONT BE THE ONLY THING THAT WILL BE DONE, AND THIS IS "NO" THREAT, IT "IS" WHAT WILL HAPPEN!!!!!!! THEY SCREWED WITH THE WRONG PERSON AND PAY BACK IS A B@#TCH, EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE.

  • First of all I am not a Sir, and what fraud. I did Nothing wrong but give raging bull my money and they shut me out, so wtf are you talking about? Get the facts straight before you comment on something you know nothing about. I have a hrad copy of a written agreement they if I was not to make a charge back that they would gladly refund all of my money and we go our separate ways, well I didn't chargeback yet they didn't give me my money so "yes" if I don't get my money that is owed to me they leave me "no" choice but to chargeback to receive what is rightfully mine!!!!


    Get my facts straight?  You just admitted that you wanted to chargeback . Just because you did not yet does not mean you will not do it later. Scammers like you can chargeback up to 6 months after the transaction was made ( depending on a bank ).

    I repeat what I said. You are the reason why some casinos can make it difficult for the other honest players.
