        Over the last 2-weeks all the progressive slots/games at Raging Bull Casino are "UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SERVER."

        This issue happens about 80% of the time I try to play a progressive slot game. All other games at Raging Bull work perfectly all the time.

        I have complained about this issue numerous times on LIVE CHAT, and also sent two emails to VIP manager.

        On chat  have been told it is a "system wide problem" so that means it must be effecting all Raging Bull players....so I am asking fellow players who cannot play PROGRESSIVE GAMES at Raging Bull either to respond because making certain that my account is not being blocked or something fishy.

        Raging Bull has been excellent with my withdrawals since the whole issue....except that they are advertising that payouts are "FEE FREE" and that is false. - $20 gets taken off the top of all individual withdrawals. I have sent RBC my banks statements proving that there is a fee so I will keep you posted of the results of that. surprise

        Thank you griffin47 for letting me know....this has been like this for 10-days now and getting really annoyed.

        This issue cannot be so complicated that it cannot be fixed by Raging Bull Casino or Real Time Gaming.....considering all other games are working perfectly.

        Why would the progressive slots run on a different server? But let's say they do for arguments sake, running on separate server would make this issue easier to resolve cause it is limited to such a small number of games.

        I had been winning on the progressive slots lately at Raging Bull, not close to what I bet but way more than usual and for three weeks in a row made a withdrawals. Usually, not that lucky at Raging Bull and RTG games are known to be the tightest games to win on for players because the casinos can adjust the win %'s per game. 

        Just throwing that thought out there because again, this issue seems awfully weird due to how long it has been.....wonder if Grande Fortune's progressive slots are working?!? Maybe I will try...cause I never play there.

        I hope that you all had a lovely Mothers day?

        luckychick17 - I advised you last week that we are experiencing problems and that RTG are working on this fix. Please explain to me why we would not make progressives available to players. Progressives are a BIG marketing tool for us and we loosing a lot of cash as a result of them being down.

        As mentioned, RTG is working on the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon!

        Thanks for responding....

        It has been about 2-weeks since the progressive games stopped working, which seems like an awfully long time.  RTG's problem is now causing Raging Bull and other RTG casinos to lose money and considering it is what the company does, they should have it fixed by now.

        The Reason I thought that it was weird is becasue the progressive slots worked about one or two or three random times over this 2-week period, so it may be wonder.

        When will the progressive games be working again?? Any timeline?

        The PROGRESSIVE GAMES have been broken at Raging Bull for 3-weeks now....what is going on here?

        Are other players having the same issue that when try to play a PROGRESSIVE SLOT you get the message, "UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SERVER."???


        How can only the PROGRESSIVE GAMES be broken for 3-weeks?
