    Wow that is really bad, are they hurting that much financially that they have to cap a blackjack table at $15?! Do you have a screenshot to show the table limits?  I understand real casinos will cap advantage players at blackjack because an edge can be had by card counters but cmon online computer blackjack cannot be beaten except for by luck. I've never played at Raging Bull and after reading so many negative posts here on this forum never will. I like to play table games sometimes myself and my one and only complaint about another RTG, Casino Extreme, their blackjack table limits are $5-$50. I rarely play it because if you ever got on a run you are capped at a $50 max bet. I know why they do it to limit their exposure to someone who gets on a insane run they can't kill them to badly at $50 bets. Same as what is going on with you Kerch with a $15 max bet at Raging Bull but that is just laugh_out_loud. Just move on they are telling you they don't want your action.There are plenty of better places to play anyways.

    This has noting to do with the casino being chicken, we totally understand that players have good runs and bad runs. You have been fortunate enough to be on of the players who have had a good run at the Raging Bull. Unfortunately the VIP host moved you into a casino group with exclusive promotions tailored for you, however they did not amend the betting values and the default betting limits still applied for this group.

    I have gone ahead and increased the limits to the correct limits now. My sincere apologies for the delay in resolving this.

    At trayber - I am sorry to hear that you will not play at Raging Bull Casino due to SO many negative stories. Please feel free to share these stories with me as i am interested to hear about them.

    Hey Jason, Thanks for the clarification. At first glance it looked really bad that the casino was capping her limits to just $15 because she had been so lucky and that seemed like a odd move for a casino to make. Still I don't understand why her being moved VIP levels that would somehow put her in a default group with $15 max bets at table games. Therefore, your explanation makes litlte sense to me. I thought the whole point of being VIP would sometimes mean your limits get increased not decreased to some pety amount. Anyways you resolved it and kudos on that. Hopefully the player is happy with this resolution.

    The things I just remember reading were a few months back when either a player or players were complaining about waiting several weeks for withdrawls and getting charged fees on the wires. Sometimes it just takes one players negative experiences to be expressed and it makes you shy away from a place. Back then I was thinking of course all this could be easily resolved by just giving players the option to be paid in Bitcoin. No fees, NO BS, instant cashouts everyones happy but I've checked from time to time at Raging Bull and you will take bitcoin in as payment but will not payout in bitcoin. So thats mostly it but IMO with todays option of Bitcoin payouts , its a huge issue to have to wait weeks for a wire due to complications etc. Maybe most of the time its fast but there are obviously hiccups and can take a few weeks at a time and thats a deal breaker for me.

    To be honest with you, the call center don't know what they are talking about. The VIP host put you in an exclusive player group not knowing what the default bet limits on that group was. Once again I blame this on poor training and that I blame on us.

    I have corrected the bet limits and your old betting limits should now be in play.

    I would like to see you posting all the positive stuff we did for you in the past!

    Thanks for the reply. My apologies for the short explanation, I just stepped into the office and I was bombarded with tone and tons of queries.... I HATE MONDAYS ...lol... Especially seeing as I was out of the office for a few days.

    Just on this topic, the player was placed in an exclusive group which is managed by a VIP host. These groups are separate to default VIP tiers. The VIP host will lease with the player and make custom offers for the respective players. In this case the VIP host arranged a custom promotion for the player and in order for only receive this offer, he needed to be placed in his own player group which the VIP host created. However the host was not aware that a new group adopts the min betting limits. As I explained to Kerch that this has now been rectified.

    I do think it would be silly of the casino to reduce a players betting limits on purpose if the player is UP on the casino, surely we would rather increase the betting limits to attempt to gain the upper hand on the player.

    As for the other post regarding lengthy withdrawal periods and fees, those were "freak" cases where they were as result unforeseen circumstances that were totally out of our control and have now been rectified. I am 99% certain that we are still one of the only RTG casinos that have quick turn around times on withdrawals etc and we do try our best to accommodate players where we can.

    trayber, I have played open cards with the members here on LCB since day one and mentioned that we might make a few mistakes along the way, but anything can be resolved (with in reason) by just being open and communicating.

    I believe that reputation is all we have to make a success of our brands and to be honest the past few weeks, I have not been as active as I was in the past. But we underwent a few internal role changes and I am bogged down with all the Marketing for our brands, which consumes a ton of my time. having said this, I have met with the Management team of LCB 2 weeks ago and we will be looking at picking up the reputation management of our brands again within the weeks to come.

    All I ask is that the great members here on LCB just bear with me while I can look at training up some staff to assist me with this task.
