I could also tell Raging Bull's casino rep how I ended up with multiple accounts if he/she ever see these post. Its cause of a bug on their instant play page.

        I have looked into your account status and unlocked the account. Apart from the account being locked due to the multiple bonuses on Grand Fortune (which is irrelevant) I do see that you entered your password in incorrectly as well.

        Regarding the chat you had with the call center agent. She was totally out of line and I will ensure that she gets dealt with appropriately.

        Yes, you have redeemed multiple coupons without attempting to deposit on Grand Fortune, but Grand Fortune and Raging Bull Casino are treated as two separate casinos.

        Having said this, I would like to warn you that redeeming multiple bonuses could result in your bonus to purchase ratio being high which might result in future restrictions.

        That certainly is top-shelf customer service and the very reason I play at  Raging Bull.  I would normally say keep up the good work,  but that is something that I need NOT to worry about.  This situation is an outstanding example for any players that might not know what superior customer service is all about!  Jason and  Raging Bull totally rock!
